Jul 29,2024I needed an extra box and tried requesting for one to no avail. I emailed and no one replied. I tried using the contact form and was met with the error message "The anti-forgery cookie token and form field token do not match". I called and was placed on a waiting list for an entire hour. When it came to my turn to speak to the agent, there was just silence. Update - My thanks to the marketing and comms team for replying to this review so quickly. But I would appreciate it if the main operations team could reach out to me instead as I am still waiting if it is possible to obtain the extra box for my shipping due very, very soon.

Superb CS support and care Their 24 hours telephone support can answer every single questions I have from the beginning regarding the quote, the pickup, supplies, guidance for custom documentations, etc. Everything is smooth and perfect and I fully understand what to expect. The packaging and supplies provided are handy and sturdy as well. Pricewise Their price is way more reasonable that other service provide in Ireland shipping to Asia. The price difference is huge and the other suppliers took at least a few days to just obtain a quote whereas Sevenseas quote are transparent and instant.

Jul 24,2024The online support was excellent, everytime I called my query was resolved. The agents were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The whole process was sleek and hassle free. The drivers were considerate and very friendly. The only thing I would say is that the dimensions of the MoveCube are deceiving, I thought it would be smaller than what actually arrived hence did not end up filling the cube completely which I felt was a waste of space therefore money.....but next time I would know better 😁

Jul 29,2024Moving from Vancouver to Glasgow. Still in progress - waiting for a container ship in Toronto. Service has been varied: price is fair and customer service helpful and friendly, but they have limited knowledge - for example, I had to push for a more accurate estimate of when the truck with the Movecube would arrive for loading. Also had to ask for specific updates as there is limited information on website. The online system really needs to be overhauled - it is unwieldy and not intuitive - our detailed inventory was exhausting to create online. We will see how things go at this end - we have to change the delivery address once the container ship is in transit - I'm nervous about how that will go. I'll be relieved when our belongings arrive safe and sound. Su Thompson
