Aug 01,2024The team have impeccable knowledge on all things packing and shipping. They answered all my questions with ease. The whole process was very stress free from start to finish. The collection driver was brilliant and most helpful, although you have a set time period for loading, he didn't rush you. Was calm and obliging. Constant emails and a great tracking system kept me up to date once my Cube had been collected. In my case I the office had some questions about a few items I had packed that they knew customs would query. This was all delt with before loading on the ship. When it arrives at my destination (UK to AUSTRALIA), everything was processed extremely fast, booked the delivery date and again a great friendly driver whom helped with the unloading. All my goods arrives in perfect order, even after customs opening a few boxes, all was packed well again for delivery. Highly recommend this company for an international move. The price is affordable for the great service knowing your items will arrive safely and unblemished.

Jul 31,2024Everything is explained clearly to you, on what you have to do, pay, know etc… I also found the drivers so helpful and nice, I know it is there job to move my boxes after I’ve paid them but going down 5 flights of narrow steps with 5+ boxes and suitcases weighing 30kg made it to hard for me to just look on. I wanted to help but they told me to just relax, I did manage to help with just one suitcase though. Also I needed an extra box, the driver thankfully had one and even helped me back and wrap it up.

Jul 30,2024i received my belongings with one of my items being out of the box just laying ontop. one box was sealed by DPD stating my box wasn't closed proper;y during transit. A few items were missing from my belongings and when confronted i was told an investigation was done and nothing as found. they stated i did not have insurance so technically they cant do anything. This is rather upsetting that my belongings can just be stolen and nothing can be done about it.

Jul 30,2024I have sent boxes to the UK and Brunei. Everything is going ok with the process. Website is simple to use, although my passport picture was too large. The member of staff has been very helpful, very responsive to any of my questions. Boxes very solid. Costs seem good very reasonable. I like the tracker and I can see where the boxes are. If someone asked me to recommend a shipping company I would say try Seven Seas.
