Jul 23,2024I was very nervous about shipping 7x 25kg boxes from the UK to New Zealand, but I cannot fault the service that Seven Seas provided. The communication was excellent, all fees were disclosed to me upfront and I was able to track my boxes the whole journey. They are a little more expensive than other companies but in my opinion worth it, as all fees are disclosed and there are no hidden fees added. There were a couple of delays on route but of no fault to Seven Seas. Every time I called the phone line it was answered quickly. The delivery workers on both ends were helpful and polite. Thank you so much for making this journey less stressful for me and my partner.

Jul 23,2024package consolidation was too long, which was believed to be almost 2 months from the date of shipment collection from the sending end. It took a month on the transportation after the package was shipped out and received at the destination.

Jul 21,2024The drivers are friendly in both Hong Kong and the UK. The driver helped me lift these boxes out of the van and put them at my home door. These boxes are a bit heavy. Afterward, the service was punctual, so I didn't need to spend extra time waiting for the driver to arrive.

From the delivery of the empty shipping cartons, to the collection of the boxes in the U.K. and the final delivery of them to my address in Thailand. Everything was perfect. Q: How did you find our online support, such as in-journey updates and booking your shipment's return? A: Very responsive. No problems getting my bill settled and scheduling the drop off. Q: Were our drivers friendly and helpful? A: Yes. They were common carriers and not working for Seven Seas, but it helps to know they contracted with responsible people.

Jul 18,2024I feel Seven Seas is very good and experience in cross country delivery. They have all information in the website and customer is easy to understand the flow. Only one minor issue that their staff call me one of my goods cannot ship after my boxes pick up. It need to take out with additional charge. However, they make mistake that the goods can ship as their website said.

Jul 18,2024I appreciated the boxes and tape. Also the size Mats were helpful in visualizing how much we could pack. The prompt and clear notifications of the mistakes I made on the paperwork was also appreciated. The pick up was on time and the workers were efficient in carrying and packing our belongings. I also like the continuous progress reports on the status of our boxes. It is such a heart breaking and stressful time moving your whole life across the ocean and being able to trust someone with all your possessions. There are a number of suggestions that would have been appreciated. Firstly, a list of common mistakes that people make when itemizing their items would have helped us avoid mistakes in the first place such as “tools” is unacceptable and must be specifically named and numbered. “Clothing” MUST be estimated as to specifically how many items of clothing you are shipping (which is a difficult concept to grasp clearly...who has ever tried to estimate the amount of clothing items you own!) Another thing is that I did not realize that some cardboard boxes are much stronger than others. The boxes you gave us were of high quality and strength, but unfortunately we bought extra boxes ourselves that turned out to less than optimal in terms of quality and strength AND the way they closed made them awkward to load into the crate as they needed to be stacked sideways instead of with their bottoms down. You should educate your customers on the merits and weaknesses of cardboard boxes. The tape dispensers were too cheap and quickly broke. I would advise customers to invest in a quality tape dispenser for their move. I think many people need to move their desktop computers. Some warnings and detailed advice would have been helpful on how to pack my computer safely as well as some specialized materials for packing a computer like non static bags for wrapping RAM chips, and inflatable packing bags that add support inside of your computer. Perhaps I should not have even TRIED shipping my desktop computer but I really didn’t know if it was even possible or not. I also think some cheap “pillows” should be available for the packing guys to fill in the gaps that could help to minimize shifting and tumbling of boxes in the crate. I also think it would be great PR for your company if you advertised that you would accept any old clothing and items that were going to be thrown away. I’m sure that moving families throw away bags and bags of old clothing and items. They just don’t have time to think about donating to the needy. But if YOUR company advertised that they would take the old unwanted clothing and items from moving families and made sure that the clothes and items would find their way to needy families... WOW...that would be impressive! Also, take out the “gender” criteria box when itemizing the packed items...what’s up with that? In closing, excellent job so far. Sal midolo
