Jul 16,2024I would use again and recommend, I had 2 large boxes to ship from UK to NZ, all went smoothly and it was easy to track. A delay due to the troubles in the Middle East, but only by a couple of weeks. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is it was really tricky uploading the paperwork on an iPhone, frustrating at times, but it was all I had available to me at the time. Great pickup and delivery guys too.

Origin packing/loading team are very professional and careful, effective with the communication, maximum out the using of our moving cubic. Loading arrangement is so perfect that after arriving in our new house, everything stayed in same positions, no shift and nothing get any damage, we are amazed. The destination Two men and A truck team is very professional, efficient, friendly, careful and doing a great job unloading and moving into the house at the exact location. Overall, this is one of top unmatched moving service we received from our 35 years global relocation experience. Thank you all!

Jul 15,2024I recently shipped my old 1980's vinyl records (two boxes) from Australia to the UK. Outstanding service, well priced, and the boxes turned up in perfect condition - amazing given it was such a small consignment. Their pick up and delivery service was also bang on time. My only minor criticism is their website for documentation etc was difficult to navigate for people not familiar (like me) with the shipping process or jargon.

Jul 13,2024Horrendous experience with them, moving possessions from NZ to UK. First issue was the collection day no one turned up (my wife had taken the day off work). Second issue it took 5 months door to door (I understand this was out of their control but nonetheless frustrating). Third issue was loads of items were broken, they had been carefully wrapped but when they arrived it was cleared at some point they had been unwrapped. At least we paid the extra for insurance but no the insurance won't pay out as the boxes weren't damaged enough. Long story short is we would never ever use this company again, cost us a fortune for a very poor service. Oh and beware all the hidden add on fees - the money just keeps mounting up.

A friendly chap delivered my parcels to my door within the time that I was told they would. Great service and reasonable price.

Jul 13,2024I am very satisfied with the transportation service from Hong Kong to Australia, but I have a small suggestion. For the last-mile delivery within Australia, the use of a large cargo truck is not ideal as the truck cannot lower the cargo to the ground. We have to manually transfer the items from the container to the ground before we can move them into our home. If the container had a lift or lowering platform, it would make the unloading process much faster and more convenient, as the large wooden crates are quite high to lift down from the container. It would be ideal if the large crate could be lowered and transferred closer to the entrance of the property, making the final transfer into the home even easier. Overall, the transportation service has been excellent, and this small enhancement to the last-mile delivery would further improve the customer experience.

Seven seas updated right from collection, different port destination the package has reached and finally the package has reached to my home in sydney safely intact. Even there customer service is also very usefull in knowing the wareabouts of my package.Finally I will give five star for there five star service, even recommended to many of my friends too.
