Dec 01,2024bought a polymer sink that is underfitted to an island worktop, it has cracked due to moulding defect (it is a straight crack following the plastic weld line path) and needs to be replaced. this seller will not accept liability and just said 'you must have dropped something' rather than actually investigating even asking for the sink back to be checked by the manufacturer. by the way it had a 10 year guarantee - not worth diddly with this lot - AVOID!!!!!!!

Nov 20,2024Don't buy from this company. I bought a gas hob, I had it fitted 21st October. One of the burners does not work. I have been phoning them since and keep being told an engineer will come. First I was told that they would replace it then I was told they would mend it. Which to me is not right. Why should I buy something new to have to have it mended. I have now received a very unprofessional text from someone saying they will be here on 28th November. I phoned ship it appliances to check this was genuine but they have no idea what's happening. I will never use this company again. Got a reply, apparently just a standard reply that everyone gets. It seems they are going to mend this hob which I am not happy with. Would like a new one as I don't buy goods to have to have them mended. Discussing as far as I'm concerned.

Nov 20,2024This people buy damaged goods and sell them onto consumers claiming that the quality is of brand new. I have recently bought a cooker which came damaged, however the packaging was in perfect conditions. Having seen the review I know they donit to certain people. this practice must stop as it is disgusting and unethical. We consumers work extremely hard for our money to be treated like this. how would you feel if we cam down confronted you? You are disgusting and should be ashamed of yourselves?
