Oct 04,2024I wrote the below review 5 days ago after which Shipit contacted me and stated the refund would be in my account by the end of the week.....GUESS WHAT IT IS NOT !!!! I am on hold on the phone at the moment, and have been now for 10 minutes.... and ONCE AGAIN again I have just been told it will in my bank account within 3-5 working days because the warehouse have not booked in the return !!!! CONMEN!!! Be aware Shipit are part of a larger appliance group foreveryonegroup.co.uk ======================== BUY CHEAP BUY TWICE !!! Absolute nightmare !!! Integrated tall fridge stopped working after 9 months still in warranty, so I reported it. It has now been 5 weeks since I reported it, and multiple phone calls from me to Shipit because not once have they contacted me to report back on progress. > First it was about an engineer to be arranged to call and investigate, I had to chase 3 times. > Then it was about them arranging transport for the return product, as they wanted it back even though their engineer had stated the compressor had broken. > The product was picked up two weeks ago and I heard nothing from them. Chased last week and advised finance department had not processed my refund (not full amount that fridge cost !!). > Chased again today 6 days later, and yet again refund has not been processed, it's the warehouse fault today !!! This company proves out the saying "BUY CHEAP BUY TWICE" !!!
