Now they told me to send it thru post office , I have emailed them to send me their adress and is been 3 days yet . I think is better to sell it on ebay Never ever will I use Ship It appliances site

Sep 20,2024The fridge was received in good time. Unfortunately a small dent was on the back right hand corner but not worth making a fuss about. Fridge works well. Ship it also responded quickly to a mix up with payment via paypal which was not valid and as is sorted now. Thanks. I would buy from you again.

Sep 18,2024I ordered a small freezer via Debenhams.com website and was advised it comes via Ship It Appliances. I was totally unaware of this arrangement and thought it was Debenhams directly. I have been waiting since 5th Sept for a delivery. I contacted the email provided several times to chase delivery. Now only to be told I will apparently receive a refund. No explanation as to why I will not receive or a date for my moneys return. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. I work with the house building industry and will be informing everyone who crosses my path. Very unprofessional business and the last time I ever order via Debenhams website also. Still waiting for my money back I should as interest for the time they have had the money in their account. Do not purchase via this company or any links to it.

Sep 18,2024I received my chest freezer within three days of ordering online, which was impressively efficient. However, upon delivery, I noticed a deep dent in the front of the unit . I immediately informed Ship It Appliances via email and their website’s message function, but after seven days, I have yet to receive any response. Very disappointed. :(

I had to contact customer services to check the time for delivery, the adviser I spoke to was very helpful, extremely polite and got the information I needed in a meter of seconds. I would definitely recommend this company
