Bought the Sia fan oven in July, door seal has split already which is not good probably used the oven 10 times only as I use the airfryer mainly.Disappointed with it only having 1 shelf with a grill pan and unable to buy another shelf at their shop . Christmas should be fun this year with one shelf? I contacted the supplier regarding the oven seal, was told a replacement would be sent .2 weeks on no seal? So bought my own off Amazon.

I was disappointed with the coordination between the company and Screwfix from whom I bought the washing machine. Firstly when I purchased the appliance Saturday delivery was possible but when I tried to book this Shipit sais they don't do weekends. Secondly there is no collection facility for old appliances. Finally Shipit won't deliver if stairs are involved even like 6 to 10 steps?

Rubbish rubbish, i wish there was less then 1 star cz thts wat they deserve. Just steal ur money. I had to return something and had to pay £30 for refund delivery and on top of tht they still took money out from my order for delivery.. -10 is for customer service as they r not help at all

I bought a hob that came faulty ( things happen so unlucky ) contacted the supplier and they requested a report from gas engineer that fitted the hob- was sent within 24hrs . Over a week later I had no reply and I am without a cooker in my house . ABSOLUTELY USLESS

Easy to order, good updates about delivery, unfortunately, the box was damaged and no instructions included on how to set up and use the appliance. Customer service took 3 days to reply and addressed me as a number instead of my name so pretty impersonal.
