Sep 26,2024We bought a cooker hood from this company in May 2021 expecting (as would be normal) for this to last a good few years. We kept it clean, looked after it and a couple of weeks ago the glass exploded sending glass across three rooms narrowly missing me and a potentially life changing injury. Company will not entertain a replacement (offered a paltry discount), no apology or concern that this had happened. They would not entertain because it was out of normal warranty and we did not take out extended warranty but even then the warranty only covered mechanical failure which this was not, so pointless anyway. So anyone buying a glass cooker hood please do not expect good aftercare if you have a serious issue like mine.

Sep 24,2024I placed an order of 5 items in August which then needed an ID check with my passport! I then waited for 2 weeks, I called to check where my order was, due to 1 item being out of stock the full order had been held. They must have forgotten to tell me! After chasing the order again, they agreed to cancel the item and send the rest of the order. I was told my refund and new order details would be sent to me and I would get email confirmation. They must have forgotten that as well. They have also forgotten my refund which I am still waiting for.
