Sep 15,2024* please also see update at the bottom* Shocking, shocking service. Avoid at all costs. Bought a small freezer which broke down within 9 weeks of purchase. Sent videos as asked multiple times. They confirmed product was broken. I asked them to collect it which they sent a courier on a random day which I was unaware of then stated they won’t be offering a free collection again if the customer isn’t there - I would have been had I known! I then gave them a date they said okay - no courier showed up (this is 3 weeks past initial breakdown log). They are now refusing a refund despite distress caused. With the reason: we can’t issue a refund until product is returned… they never wanted it returned I asked for them to collect it (big mistake). Product also came with a small dent in the side which initially didn’t effect use not sure if it’s the reason for breakdown. Very cheaply made it frosts up super quick. In 9 weeks I had it I defrosted it twice. No apology, just a couldn’t care less attitude. Lots of companies do this to make the customer walk away without a refund like I have and already replaced the product as I needed a freezer. Update: I did receive my refund in the end. I believe there is much room for improvement within customer service area & communication. If you have a back log I’d recommend telling the customer from the get go not weeks later once the customer is already frustrated as it just appears like an excuse to defuse the customer which is unfair and usually what adds to the customers frustrations. I have changed this from a 1 star to 3 because I did receive my refund in the end and that’s all I wanted.

Sep 15,2024I have bought products from this company 3 times now and have never had any problems ( a rarity these days) This time ordered a cooker hood and glass splashback. It arrived well packaged and on time. The glass splashback is also shaped to fit around the bottom of the cooker hood, which I didn't notice when ordering but very impressed and makes all the difference and at a fraction of the cost of kitchen suppliers. Sep 14,2024Bought a cooker hood from these they took the order Friday morning acknowledge it late Monday evening then never heard a thing for 3 days so I rang they were polite but informed me that the product was damaged and that was the last one don't know how long I would have waited for them to tell me that as it was I who rang they have now paid back my refund .

Sep 13,2024Hob showed error, they said I had to contact manufacturer who wanted me to wait 3 weeks for engineer. I couldn’t be without the hob as I am carer for partner with dementia. He needs good food. And as for them contacting me it’s a load of rubbish, nobody’s rang yet 🤦♀️
