Aug 31,2024Was told freezer would be delivered Tuesday! Made all arrangements and swooped schedule around to suit, lo and behold!!! No delivery, phoned customer service to complain to be told it was coming Wednesday and she didn’t know why they told me Tuesday not very emphatic at all in fact very rude kept talking over me. asked for a refund on delivery!! No Chance she said not their fault!! Easy to blame the carrier!! I didn’t buy from the carriers!! I bought from Ship it Appliances. NEVER AGAIN!!

Aug 31,2024Order process very easy, however the item was damaged, it has taken a while to get a response from customer services, but i am pleased to say that the issue has now been 98% resolved, partly as it was my choice to keep the fridge, they have sent a replacement part very quickly, my four star rating is purely based on the difficulty getting a response from customer services,

Aug 28,2024Product out of stock so had to order an alternative cooker hood elsewhere. Oven arrived on time but no hob, hob was supposed to come today but didn't. Very unreliable delivery and order experience was not as it should be.

Sep 02,2024I took a bit of a gamble on a reasonably priced 900 mm gas-on-glass hob for our new kitchen extension. It arrived on time and properly packed. Installer had no trouble installing it. The one thing ship it appliances seems to be doing better than any other retailer is keeping prices realistic on quality items. 6 months in and hob is still in perfect condition despite daily use. Really happy customer.
