Aug 27,2024Ordered a fridge l, delivered promptly however top corner is bashed on the fridge and looks like there may be scratches. Multiple attempts to contact customer services, no response, pick up or reply. Awaiting any sort of contact as to returning the item.

Never buy from a company like Ship it Appliances who has NO understanding nor compassion of its customers - There is NO customer SERVICE !

I WAS ASSURED THERE WOULD BE AN EXCHANGE TODAY . PARCEL FORCE DID COME TO COLLECT THE DAMAGED GOODS BUT NO NEW ITEM FROM THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY, THEY CANT EVEN ORGANISE A SIMPLE EXCHANGE. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING TRUST ME " YOU CANNOT GET THEM ON THE PHONE". DO NOT USE THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED STAY WELL AWAY

Aug 23,2024It seemed easier to order a new oven rather than try and find a spare part for a well-out-of-date SIA model that had given us very good service for a number of years. How right I was. The new one was delivered quickly and safely, it fitted perfectly. and its modern touch-screen controls look great. Great curiosity service,... we had to return damaged fridge without any fuss get brand new replacement. Brilliant customer service care . Polite and friendly service
