Aug 16,2024My appliance arrived in a damaged box ,,, the top of the door is badly scratched. As it’s the bit on show it’s not acceptable I rang immediately & was told to unwrap it completely, we did do &sent all photos we were asked to. I email again today for an update & am still waiting for a response,,,, not good customer care at all. If I hear nothing by tomorrow I will want it picking up & a full refund given. Aug 13,2024I ordered a fridge of you which arrived damaged (dented). Customer service was very good and told me my options. I decided to get a replacement only to find the replacement arrived slightly damaged in the same area. (Right side, rear upright edge) It seems like a banding strap holding the packaging may have been tightened too much. I didn’t bother contacting yourselves because it may of looked as if I’m just annoying. I could have asked for a reduction but you kindly replaced my other one. That’s why I only gave you 3 stars. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thankyou.
