Then when opened it and put up and plugged In the light was flickering then noticed the plastic cover for the light was not on and then noticed it was a missing part so very unsatisfied and feel customer was also poor and it's impacted my mental health want it returned and my money returned as I will go else where for a better service

Have emailed and emailed and emailed as well as constant unanswered phone calls. Was in desperate need of a freezer so have just had to use it as it is. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If you are patient on the phone, you will eventually get through and my goodness she was extremely helpful about delivery (needed the fridge double quick)! I have some mild feedback which hopefully might help SIA improve their products and services: 1. The SIA SFF17654BLE fridge door (lower) tray is too high up, which means that you can't fit a bottle of wine in the door, unless you take out the middle door tray, and then it looks a bit empty. This is due to the massive vegetable draw at the bottom of the fridge. Maybe there is a compromise somewhere? 2. Swapping the doors over is a little tricksy and the instructions could be more comprehensive. It would definitely be worth mentioning for instance that you will need a TX20 bit to unscrew the screws. They are in very tight and you should only do this by hand otherwise you may kill the head. I also spent a while trying to unscrew the flat head screwdriver on the top, only to realise that it is welded into the unit 😂 Very happy with the price, the unit and delivery, and of course the excellent customer service from Abi (I was in contact with Lewis about torx screw sizes as well but didn't receive a response after the initial email). Learn from Abi my friends!
