Delivery was great. However the Fridge is very Loud, makes all kinds of high-pitched squealing noises that can be heard in other surrounding rooms. Have contacted to discuss as this is driving us mad, we often turn it off at night so we don't have to listen to it.
Ordered the SIA NALI10XLGR 1.0 XL Bowl Grey Concrete Inset Kitchen Sink - which looked great & a good price. Quick delivery etc & all appeared ok. Had the sink fitted in June as part of kitchen refurb & despite minimal use it is now badly scratched. I do not wash up directly in the sink as have a dishwasher but use for cleaning etc. it has transpired that it is the washing up bowl that has scratched it so have replaced this with a soft feet bowl. However; the sink has a 10 year warranty & is apparently scratch resistant. I raised this with Ship It with no joy as was told this was down to sharp items been placed in the sink. A bit disappointing given the purpose of a sink but also the fact the warranty & scratch claims seem a bit disingenuous. Wouldn’t recommend this product probably better to buy something more fit for purpose if you intend to use your sink!

Ordered Via Debenhams Item arrived Damaged, promised another one nothing arrived, then offer 15% off to keep the item, this was 3 weeks ago, now got to wait another 2 weeks for them to come and collect the damaged item with no replacement as they are out of stock, still waiting for them to confirm when we will get our money back. Now being told that the item was never delivered and we refused delivery when its clearly sat in our shed damaged

The website and placing the order were excellent with no issues and a guaranteed quick delivery time. However, on unpacking the item, I photographed several dents in the fridge and informed Ship It immediately requesting a discount or instructions to return. To date (a week later) I have not received any acknowledgement, hence the 3 stars.
I have given a 4* as previously on two reviews I gave 1*. My dented fridge was eventually collected and a refund issued. It took many weeks if hassle. However once I spoke to Finn in their customer services and explained yet again the situation which also involved Amazon. ( don't buy white goods through them as they don't want to know when it comes to returning). Finn arranged a collection ,emailed me to say it had arrived at SIA and a refund would take a few days,which it did. If only that had happened when I first contacted the company hence the 4* now.
returned an extractor fan and its been 3 months and still not received a refund. Cannot get through to them on the phone as nobody answers the phone and the emails bounce back.

Aug 12,2024Ordered 2 fans during the recent hot spell and although delivered promptly,one of the fans was badly damaged by the courier.I informed Ship It and the damaged fan was promptly replaced and and the damaged unit picked up for return.Many thanks to Lewis and his team for getting this sorted out for me just in time for the next Hot Spell.Its nice to see when a company treats its customers well,which is a rare thing these days.Well done! A+++++
