I ordered & you delivered,I'm happy with that.
Ordered a Hotpoint washing machine from these people via Amazon. The machine began filling even before it was connected to power. Contacted Hotpoint, who confirmed it to be faulty and energy D rated and not the A+++ as these people advertised it. Contacted Amazon who said these people will refund me after they get it back. These people I have been chasing for 5 days now, refuse to reply to messages sent via Amazon or via email to arrange collection of the faulty and falsely advertised goods. Now I have had to find a courier to transport it to their head office/warehouse. Trading Standards is my next step. Edited to say that after leaving my review, I got a message from Lewis asking me to send videos of the problem 😠 I replied telling him that the machine has been found to be faulty by Hotpoint themselves who had access to my phone camera in order to help me out. Again they confirmed it was faulty, gave me a reference number, to pass onto Ship It Appliances, which I did the same day. I informed Lewis, that I had sourced a courier and that the machine had been collected last night and it is now on its way to "Returns: The For Everyone Group" using the label provided via Amazon and that I expect the courier fees to be refunded to me along with the purchase price. As for not being able to find my order reference?...... Well that just shows what a (sigh's and rolls eyes), what kind of organisation this company really is.
Actually 0 stars. Worse company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Bought a freezer through Amazon at £139. Didn’t realize it was from a Third party seller ship it appliance who made every excuse for not to accept the return. First they asked for a video of the freezer making a terrible sound. Then didn’t comment much on the video and said it’s used as you switched it on. Then one staff member said ok to return, then the other person in the office said no it’s not okay. Then they said okay but at your cost. So was trying to return the item at my cost as the drop of location was near me. But they wanted to know time and date of return and to call them on arrival on the number no one picks up. I tried to tell arrange the drop off and then they went cold on the email and disappeared. Emailed several times and ni answer. Don’t buy white goods from SIA, stick to the major retailers like curry’s ao etc.. you will get customer care. Office staff all give different info. All work in their own little world. Don’t think they talk to each other, and not helpful. Tel number - no one picks up in customer service you have to talk on email or Amazon messages. Think it’s a fake line or just on show. Gave up at the end with them after a month of trying as I need to look after my health - had a major op and gifted life to someone. Staff are not interested. No customer care, no values, no communication internally, no empathy, no morals. Also they will not help with the return pick up which will cost you in £100 for white goods. Worst company ever. Avoid them.
It is a shame that I can’t give this review 5 stars because Ship It Appliances processed and dispatched my order exactly as promised. However, when the order was delivered, it was obvious that the item had been sitting around in a warehouse for some time. The packaging was tatty and damaged at the bottom, some moisture/rust stains were apparent and there was evidence of an impact on the side. The courier delivering insisted I unpack and check the item over before accepting it (I guess to cover themselves). Overall, the condition of the item was ok, except for a one penny sized impact dent on the side that seems cosmetic only and I’m sure would cause more grief to complain about than it’s worth. The fact that the unit seems to be operating as normal and as expected also prevented me from making a formal complaint. So, I got what I paid for, on time and the item works. That’s about all there is to say really. An uninspiring, but satisfactory transaction.
Phoned in advance. Very polite and courteous.
Very easy and good communication with the couriers.
Great curiosity service,... we had to return damaged fridge without any fuss get brand new replacement. Brilliant customer service care . Polite and friendly service
Amazing delivery
Faultless service.
I purchased a uc Freezer on ebay from ship it appliances it even came after 2 weeks of calling but that was the delivery people it even came with dents I didn’t make a fuss but took it in my chin as it might be been done on the truck or vans which i belive i don’t understand the freezer was brand new in march 2024 and in june 2024 i noticed one my my drawer top was half freezing in the back and not the front and my food was going soggy and off So i emailed the sia msg them so many times and they made me do All the soft checks amd check the dial and switch it off and on and more after a month on july 2024 i was told that if the freezer is my fault i would need to pay for £119.00 for engineer cost the point is my freezer cost me £159.00 and my wife is seriously not even understanding its not even 6 months and they say its covered in warranty if there is a fault I have never had to deal with a agreeing to anything i purchased online esp brand new appliances . I am so upset and now unemployed and cant afford this money to waste as i also have a new born baby to take care and look after and have no time for myself My wife is so angry and saying its not 2nd hand its a brand new one so why are they going after the engineers money from us fault or no fault which is correct I checked on google and the company S it Applicanes says it might be a manufacturing or seal that has a fault and not to do with any customer as why on earth will I misuse my freezer as the last one lasted me 11 years and broke down ? I am done with this i will never come here or shop with them again
