Bought a cooker hood.it arrived damaged, not working!!sent in photos. After waiting 2 weeks, they’re saying they need to take this up with manufacturer although consumer law states buyers contract is with the retailer. They saying because we plugged it in to check if it was working, it was installed!! Terrible customer service, reporting to trading standards!!
I purchased a microwave from them May 23, paid £159.00. I only used it to hest and defrost, it was a multifunctional. In June 24 it wouldn't heat anything up. I contacted them via email 48hrs no response, had to ring them. Told after waiting another 5 day's was out of warranty, they offered to try and get the parts at a cost and send an engineer for £119.00. Microwaves average life span 8 years not 13 months. Rubbish product rubbish assistance. Sharks
If I could do 0 stars I would. I ordered a freezer as a gift. It got opened two weeks after delivery and we saw that the freezer had damage. They won't refund my money and take back the item because of an arbitrary '72 hour damage' report window. Mind you, they never inform you of this 72 hour window at any stage of making the purchase. They were just looking for a reason to not let me exchange the freezer for one that hasn't got damage. Very greedy and unhelpful. Terrible customer service - they offered me an insulting £12 refund when I needed an exchange. I was also within the 28day return period. I do not recommend these people, pathetic company who took down my review on Debenhams where I ordered the freezer from. Edit - looking at the reviews, many other people have had a similar experience, with someone even calling us 'ship it appliances victims'. Please take heed and never do business with these people, it's a terrible company!
We bought a Daewoo 32” tower fan in November, when it was at a good price, first time we get some hot weather it shook itself into a million pieces! I emailed ship it appliances on the 25th June and as of now the 12th July I have heard nothing. Last time I buy from this company
Bad customer service. Bought a small chest freezer from Ship It Appliances - it seemed OK for a few months but then the thermostat failed (losing a freezer full of food), started again and then failed again (losing a second freezer full of food). They have taken ages to resolve, made me find new packaging to wrap the broken freezer up and return it!!!! Umpteen emails and calls later, they said they would issue a refund but have now said that they can’t and that I need to try to claim my refund from OnBuy!!! I would never use SIA again or even recommend them to my worst enemy!!!
To be clear, this is a PROUCT review, NOT a review of the COMPANY. Worst fridge freezer I've ever owned. It is so ridiculously noisy and the compressor/fan or whatever seems to run almost continuously, even when the doors haven't been opened. When it does finally shut off my ears "react" to the sudden silence. I can't ever remember hearing the previous 10yr old Ikea one (electrolux). It's also made of cheap horrible plastic and has no stop on the freezer drawer which meant mine fell to the floor and cracked when I first pulled it out (expecting it to stop). The shelves in the door aren't practical as part of each is moulded into the door so you don't gain any height by removing them. I can't really afford to replace this after just 3 months but it's so bad I've no choice. And, if you check out this model on Amazon you'll see I'm not the only one with this noisy useless fridge freezer. I wish I hadn't based my choice on price as I've just WASTED £300.
**Disgraceful Policy!** I bought a fridge from B&Q, which was delivered a week late. I had to call the courier (APC Overnight) to arrange delivery, which should be automated. When the fridge finally arrived, it was too large and the box was damaged. I requested a return and was told I need to return the massive box myself to a B&Q store or arrange a costly courier. For this reason, I will avoid any products sold by Ship It Appliances Ltd, and so should you. B&Q Order #1041717439. I expect your generic reply, pretending to care about my 1-star review.
Fridge Freezer Model RF1105/1 bought as replacement for Hotpoint model that lasted 10 years Purchases through Debenhams... delivery and order process good However Unit seems twisted, difficult to get vertical as only has one bolt adjuster to front. Cabinet as said existing, getting integral doors attached and make good seal required several removal of doors Quality isn't what was expected ... gingers crossed and hopefully it'll last 12months more
Be very careful using this site. The product I bought was ok but I ordered it as it advertised free postage. However when the order is placed it added on £9.99 for postage…absolutely disgraceful way to run a business. On complaint to customer services they said their policy had changed but they ‘forgot’ to update the website and refund my request of a postage refund. Not good enough!

Purchased from BQ website to only start the nightmare of dealing with a fridge deilivered damaged, total lack of customer service, no one available to answer phones and when finally got through after 8 calls one morning, dealt with an arrogant man who simply had no real interest in removing the damaged item. A replacement door was not an option, for an item to have a dent through to the metal it must have hit something at force so anything else could be damaged, and I don't wish to participate in DIY on an item that should have been delivered in brand new condition.tried ealing with BQ and not asingle response as they just advertise for this company.Buyer beware, Beyond Shocking.
Still no refund I was sent an email saying it was prossecced and would be back in my account by today the lastest 27th I have waiting over 2 months for a refund absolute joke of a conpany
I placed an online order yesterday 26/6/24, for £679.19 for a few items and paid on my corporate Mastercard, which also goes through security checks to purchase these items, and then received an order confirmation, so far so good!! then 25 mins later i get another email saying my purchase has been flagged up as possibly not genuine, and I need to send a utility bill plus my driving license or passport for them to check if the order was legit!!. They took my money and then questioned the order after sending a order confirmation, I paid for next day delivery, so im guessing they did not have the items in stock so they decided to send this bullsh*t email for them to buy time to get the items in to stock, which is absolutely terrible, I would of preferred honesty rather than lies, so I rang up customer services to get a full refund and Ive bought off another internet company and the items are arriving today!! safe to say I will never buy off these jokers again!!
Getting ignored again. Our cooker hood has been broken for over a month now. They last said they were going to contact an engineer to come and fix but I have heard nothing weeks later. But they sent replacement motor (that they didn’t even tell me they were going to send) This is becoming a joke now. Just come and fix!

I bought a Russell Hobbs Breadmaker via Amazon in January 2024. It developed a fault In June and after contacting RH and then Ship It I received excellent Customer Service. The breadmaker was collected and a replacement received the same day. Well done Ship It Appliances you deserve to do well!

Jul 22,2024I ordered an undercounter fridge from Ship I Appliances and it arrived, the door immediately fell off!! I then assumed it might be some shipping damage so ordered another and the metal is completely ruined. Please do not buy from them, their stocks looks to be second hand or stored in a terrible way for the goods to be that bad.
