Jan 22,2025Very good communication and advice that isn't a hard sell. Received my kayak today. Very well wrapped! They fitted fishing accessories for me free of charge and were very helpful with updates along the way. Strongly recommend. It is the third kayak we have bought from them.

Jan 17,2025I have been looking for the right snowboard pants for AGES (years?) and am absolutely delighted both with the Volcom snow pants I found in this store and the shopping experience with, as well as the excellent price. Buying online can be really hard, always feels like a bit of a risk, but the gear is exactly as described, it was so fast and easy to order, and I am just so happy I found them. Thank you. Very happy.

Jan 17,2025I recently purchased a (Shore Essentials Waterproof Hooded Changing Robe) From Shore and their service could not have been any better. Unfortunately I purchased a size too big but they where brilliant..!! Easy to return and in no time at all I received a size smaller which is perfect. So nice to have a hassle free purchase and very quick..!! I highly recommend this company..!! Thank You..!!

Nov 30,2024I ordered some flip flops and was advised a delivery date but they failed to arrive. I had my holiday and contacted Shore who advised the parcel was delivered and sent me photos. Needless to say it wasn't our door. They advised there was no doir number on the order but the delivery driver still delivered it somewhere. I was asked if I.d contacted the courier which I have not. I don't employ them so I have now emailed again to ask Shore to liaise with the courier or provide me with a refund. Watch this space.

Sep 26,2024Ordered Dryrobe front seat covers for my VW T6 great price and order received in 3 days great customer service, my only recommendation is that the DX delivery company they use would not allow me to choose a safe place for my parcel to be left, only option was to leave with neighbors or change delivery day so neither of these were any good to me, luckily my wife was unexpectedly off on the day of delivery so she saved the day. So just something Shore, might want to look into, otherwise a great experience.

Jun 26,2024Ordered some wall racks for my SUP's recently - didn't realise at that point this is a shop I've visited on a few occasions when down in East Wittering - the online experience has been just as good as visiting the shop (which is well worth the trip). One of the racks arrived with some bits missing - after contacting Shore they sourced some more from the manufacturer and sent them to me. This is great and such a contrast from the big internet retailers who just ask you to return the whole thing and re-order. This way seems much less wasteful and a more satisfying shopping experience. Great customer service Shore, thank you.

Emailed the shop and Chris responded sending me a link to pay the difference in cost and said they would be despatched that day to arrive next! They did and I was delighted. Communication was excellent and I will definitely order from them again. Highly recommended.

May 17,2024I got my pit viper sunglasses under retail price, delivered early and packaged perfectly for transportation there was not a single defect on the glasses or the box it came in (which is a big thing for me) overall these guys could not have done better 5* all round I will definitely be a repeat customer
