Mar 22,2023Excellent pre-sales process with Victoria, we had a survey completed to make sure our measurements were correct. Great CAD/CAM designs with input with the team. Fitting service was well worth the investment. Overall a great service, good customer service. Highly recommended.

Mar 08,2023The company were very helpful in designing and specifying the right product for our project. The balustrade arrived on site very well protected and on time. The one slight error was that they didn't send enough brackets, this was rectified within a few days.

Mar 02,2023What can I say that is different from the reviews that have gone before, Well I’ll give it a go as they say. From ordering my Ballustrade to the after care service, my experience with SHS was exemplary, particularly Christopher Westwood. My carpenter who was a complete novice on installing Ballustrades, but after talking to SHS Ballustrades and Handrails Mr Christopher Westwood who had started to weave his magic on Andy and afterwards my carpenter turned out to be one very good competent fitter. Christopher not only guided Andy through what fixings he needed, he was also on hand every step of the way with installation not only with how to start, and with regard to how to plan it all out. Nothing was to big or too small for Chtis to resolve. Tools were provided and any problems we encountered were eased away with Chris’s attention to detail, he was meticulous. He went over and above being a Business Development Manager. He is one amazing employee to have on board. Thanks Christopher!

Feb 27,2023Excellent customer service given by David Shale. After seeing a photo of my glass balustrade where one panel had dropped, he suggested and supplied four new rubbers to fit into clamps which hopefully will resolve the problem. Very prompt delivery also.

Jan 21,2023The driver arrived yesterday, on time, he was extremely polite, pleasant, efficient and friendly. He took great care to ensure the safety of my products and all in all it was a pleasurable experience, additionally my experience with talking to Gary regarding my delivery was also a great experience. Overall the end to end experience has been very well managed, professional, honest, giving me a sense of confidence throughout - dealing with the front of house sales team, drawing design area, delivery etc. absolutely seamless, a pleasurable and memorable experience. Would I refer SHS - yes no question Would I use them on my next project - yes no question

Dec 07,2022SHS Balustrades provided me with stanchions, fitting and glass from the dimensions I supplied. The quality and finish of the items were excellent, and delivery was within the dates supplied. Unfortunately SHS could not provide a fitting service, but this was known before me ordering. However because of the quality and provision of fitting instructions from SHS, I was able to install everything myself. Thanks to SHS for their regular updates and support.

Nov 30,2022We have a large patio area. As we are on a hill, we are fortunate to have a very nice view, therefore we chose an all glass (no handrails) system to keep the uninterrupted view. We paid for the measure & fitting service. Any issues were dealt with quickly & professionally. The fitter - Lucky was amazing. I would highly recommend SHS.

Jul 14,2022We have a fantastic view and didn't want it obscured so we chose the all glass balustrade with no top rails. We run our own business and have no time to measure and fit ourselves, so we paid for the guy to come out and do the survey for us and also the guy to come and fit it all. The fitter was a very nice chap (South African) and he was very quick and efficient, even in he heat. We had a great service from SHS and would recommend them. The balcony looks amazing and we are thrilled with the results.

Jul 13,2022Thanks SHS, we got the professional series (mirrored as we are by the sea). Ours was a big system (around 18m +stairs). We installed it ourselves and it took us much less time than we expected. Really premium product - was so pleased with it. The levelling system on the posts is great and it is easy to get them all vertical. The glass is actually very easy to put in (watch the YouTube video) We needed to get some more 5mm drill bits to go through the metal due to the size of the system.Tip, drill on a slow setting. Also we needed two extra 6mm tapping bits.

I have read past reviews , but up to this point very happy

Jun 01,2022SHS Balustrades. Exemplary service from the first contact with sales personnel, Vicky East. Until last contact with sales . The whole experience was smooth and all staff were very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend SHS to anybody. I am not a builder but their helpful explanations along the way meant that the builder who carried out the erection.was able to do the job without any problems. Minor issues such as imperfect Allen screws were replaced by customer services immediately Lewis.L.O

The balustrade looks superb and my husband managed to fit it all himself with help from the installation guide and video, and a couple of phone calls of support. The wire balustrade kit came complete with the tools required so all you need is your own handy person and Hey Presto! Great quality product and I hope it looks this good for years to come! Thanks again, we are delighted.
