Aug 12,2021A long process but that was due to Covid and our own timing because of hiring a roofer to lay a new flat roof. We found SHS professional throughout and the survey and installation were performed by the same person which meant he knew what to expect and also liaised with our roofer. Would highly recommend - the delivery and installation all as agreed in terms of timing. SHS were good at communicating throughout. We are very pleased with the quality of the product.

Jul 19,2021It all turned out good in the end. Was very concerned about the performance of the previous management as the company is operating under the same name. The Trustpilot/Google reviews weren't good! Fortunately Nicki was able to reassure me and kept me updated through the manufacturing process. It's all now installed, on time, looks great and pleased with the quality.

Jul 09,2021This is the second time I have used SHS for balustrades but the first time without a builder specifying the requirements. The whole process and experience was very good, with guidance and queries from SHS staff where I needed to explain my plan. Overall, highly recommended.

Jun 01,2021After I ordered I mistakenly went on line and read reviews of the company and must admit spent the next three and and half weeks worrying if it would show up. In my case I need not of worried ,earlier than quoted I had a call off there despatch guy arranged delivery for the day after , driver turned up early polite helpful all the girls in the holly Katie Nicki and bev we all brilliant Great product and service We installed yesterday and are delighted with the balustrade and the quality of the manufacture and ease of installation It was delivered as I said in less than the 4 week delivery proposed, was extremely well packaged and not only came with the fittings but a set of tools to help install. As stated delighted with the end result and the excellent, product service and help provided by SHS. I have no hesitation in recommending them.in my experience Richard Davies

From the outset, they provide assistance and guidance and all drawing, so bear this in mind when even contemplating costs against service, this is a huge factor and you will not be disappointed.

Mar 26,2021Thanks again for all the help and support, working with you all at SHS has been awesome. Lots of help and advice with the design then we got a telephone call from the delivery driver because he was worried he was arriving too early in the morning! Great service and then follow up help too during installation. Had an Elegance Balustrade system to a balcony on a new bedroom extension, it’s a really good quality finish and was easy to install. Fantastic installation demonstration videos on the website were easy to access and use. So pleased with the finished article, it makes us smile every morning, no balustrade getting in the way of our view whilst we have a cup of tea in bed!

Screens were easy to fix to counter area; good feedback from customers and staff alike. Just waiting for follow up communication as to whether company can provide additional support brackets for screens.

Mar 09,2021Yet another excellent job by SHS balustrades. We had a balustrade done by them 4 years ago in front of our organgery which we were very pleased with, but on the front of the house there was a wrought iron balustrade which needed painting having been up around 30 years. We felt it was time to upgrade it to match the one by the orangery and it was done today. We are delighted, the fitter arrived nice and early was very tidy and a really nice guy. He has done an excellent job and we would recommend him and SHS highly.
