Apr 30,2015Very easy and helpful sales conducted by Christopher Westwood. Unfortunately once passed to operations team, experience of personalised service was poor, emails were not addressed to me simply said 'Dear..' even answerphone message recd from Mollie was a little abrupt stating she had tried several times to contact me so could I call her back, tone very harsh considering I'm the customer having just paid almost £3k for your goods. Beyond this point service picked up again, items arrived on day although because it arrived in the morning instead of PM as I specifically asked for it did cause us problems.

Apr 30,2015Everyone that we dealt with during our dealings with SHS was friendly and efficient. Our order arrived on time, well packed and of high quality. We had no problems fitting the balcony and Juliet balcony that we had ordered. Would recommend this company.

Mar 27,2015From initial contact online I was able to use their system to get an estimate, refine it and look at alternative systems. The online video demonstration of the system was extremely helpful. From the subsequent telephone contacts through to final agreement and purchase the customer service was faultless. Materials were delivered by an efficient and obliging driver. Subsequent queries re fitting were handled in an equally capable and courteous manner.

Feb 19,2015SHS manufactured a bespoke balustrade which we installed ourselves. Despite some complicated detailing, once installed, the balustrade was exact in every way. As well as a great product, the kit came complete with everything we needed to install on site. We will be using them again.
