I searched many companies on line before selecting SHS to supply my balustrade. I chose them as I liked the look of their products and the website was easy to navigate and informative. I contacted them and was greeted by Rebecca Ashmore from sales, she was an absolute star and a credit to the company, she worked with me to ensure that I was ordering the correct system and sent pictures that showed what it was likely to look like. Moving on to the design phase, I was contacted several times to ensure that the measuerments and design were what I wanted. Once confirmed, delivery was quick and I was kept informed by email of the delivery dates and times. I have since ordered more from SHS and as a returning customer received the same level of service as if it was my first call. I dont usually do reviews but in this case I have made an exception because I have been impressed by the following (and in order of importance for me). 1. Customer service (Rebecca Ashmore) 2. Quality 3. Value for money 4. Design and delivery I am very pleased with the results and would happily recommend SHS to anyone.

Every thing I needed was sorted with great assistance from first enquiring to our completed project.everything I needed was supplied and set up to make life easy.the delivery driver was great and very helpful.

The sales team (Steve) was excellent and responded very quickly to our request for pricing, and offered plenty of advice. We had a very tight deadline to meet (we were in the final stages of building out a bowling centre and the glass wall was a late addition to our requirements), and apart from a last minute delay with the delivery of the glass panels (which were outsourced by SHS to their own supplier) the service was without fault. The team also followed up to make sure everything had arrived as promised. We have already recommended them to others - a first class service!

I found SHS to be extremely helpful when phoned them about a garden project I was planning. Steve the salesman took me step by step though the process. I supplied my measurements and there planning department did the rest. The balustrading arrived on time and in exellent condition. They supplied fitting diagrams and all the tools needed to fit the hand rail incuding drills and taps. This is the first time I have erected glass balustrading and I found the system to be simple and straight forward. I would recommend SHS Products to anyone. The price of the system was also superb.

We found SHS to be very helpful throughout the process. They sent detailed drawings and had helpful staff on the phone. The product came as promised and looks lovely. We had to do the measurements ourselves and find someone to install it, which is the only reason I've given a 4 - if they'd installed themselves it would definitely have been a 5.

Was promptly produced and delivered on time, carrier had a bit of a problem as his lorry was too large to deliver and it had to be transfered to a smaller van for next day delivery. Followed the instructions supplied to fit and it all went in perfectly except for a minor error that was sorted promptly without the usual procrastination on the suppliers part. I would certainly use them again and I recommend them.

It's great to have an unrestricted view of the garden to watch the wild life through the glass balastrade. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The design was easy to follow and the assembly was ideal for DIY. Very pleased it looks just brilliant!

We would have no hesitation in using SHS Products again. They managed to produce a complex order at very short notice on two occasions. Our client was very impressed with the end result which thanks to SHS was delivered on time.

From the brilliant online fitting video, to the customer service, this has been a great experience. I now have a beautiful glass balcony in my split level kitchen dining area that looks stylish and professional. Installed by just a local tradesperson SHS gave advice and support all the way through with quick responses for info via email and phone. This has been one of the better experiences in my home renovation. I wish all companies conducted themselves as professionally as SHS

A friendly helpful company from the planning stage to completion of the project. The job was completed on time and is of a high standard. I have had several phone calls since completion to check that things are ok. The price quoted was competitive .

The company couldn't have been more helpful. Glass inserts made to measure with angled glass too. Very competitively priced for balustrades and glass. No need to look anywhere else. Prompt delivery, totally satisfied, could not ask for more, and I'm impatient and fussy.

This was the first time we have used SHS, I found them very helpful at ordering stage, helping to deal with a tricky request, then a quick turnaround with the price and drawings, when we purchased they hit delivery dates and sent everything required to complete the job. Top class service we shall be using them as our preferred supplier in all future projects we undertake.
