Mar 28,2025The charger is top quality and works really well, the app is also very good and allows for full management of the unit. I had a slight issue with obtaining all I needed for a WiFi load management device, but that too is now connected and working well I had cause to call for assistance twice, and on both occasions the phone was answered straight way and my query resolved immediately to my full satisfaction. This company has re-emerged from a difficult period, one thing for sure is their product and service are top notch. If I needed another charger now I would look no further!

From my initial conversation to installation was a great experience, great customer service who explained all the different options to the friendly installation guy.

I spoke to both Josh and David at Simpson & Partners and after explaining what I thought I needed was guided through the entire process, logically and methodically. The whole process was easy once I knew what was required and the two guys made my purchase very easy. I now have the confidence that I have made the correct choice and can relax without having to pour through even more info. Their install video on their website was the basis of me getting in touch with the guys and was extremely helpful. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with me.

Mar 12,2025The S&P website does not mention that their approved installers won't install if you don't have off-street parking. Having contacted S&P last week to find out what I should do with the charger (return or get my electrician to install) I'm still waiting to here back. Update: S&P got back quickly, were very apologetic, and are trying to resolve the issue.

Mar 08,2025We’ve just had our Simpson & Partners EV charger installed and we are extremely happy with it. The installer was able to install it with no visible cables from the outside, so it looks incredibly neat - plus we could pick a colour combination to suit. The App Is Great, I connect via Bluetooth and WiFi, and it also seems to work over 4/5G when out and about which I wasn’t expecting! The setup of the app is the easiest I’ve ever seen. Very impressed - well done to Simpson & Partners.

The charger looks very good quality and with it being small and discreet blends in really well. On the charging front I can't say as my new car isn't due for another 4 weeks but having spoken to the helpline I can't envisage any issues. Would highly recommend đź‘Ś

What happens if you not with Octopus can these be changed to my supplier? After I purchased my charger, I was a bit concerned to see lots of online details about you going into administration last year, what is the situation with this?

Stephen was on time, courteous and worked through a bitterly cold day without complaint and tidied up after himself. We opted for the Goodwood Green colour which arrived in perfect condition. We have appreciated dealing with Simpson and Partners and highly recommend.
