Jul 04,2023I have struggled with severe acne throughout my life and finally decided to give isotretinoin a try. I have always had doubts about the side effects that come with isotretinoin, but from the initial consultation to follow-ups, Dr Sree has always been attentive to my needs and never failed to resolve all my concerns. After 10 months of isotretinoin, but skin is fully clear and I have gained a sense of confidence I have never felt before. I am so grateful to have stumbled upon skindoc and having met Dr Sree. This experience has been a life-changing one. Also, the whole process with online dermatology has been very smooth. The skindoc admin team was super responsive - sending them a huge thank you as well!

Jul 02,2023From my very first enquiry the service has been faultless. Suffering with acne most of my adult life I have tried almost everything and probably spent thousands in the process. I stumbled across Skindoc online and after reading the reviews on Trustpilot I decided to take the plunge. So glad I did! The entire process has been so smooth. Dr. Sree is very understanding and patient with any questions you have. He genuinely cares and wants nothing but the best for you. He truly understands the impact bad skin can have on a person's mental well being. I'm on month 2 now and am seeing real progress and I'm so pleased with the results. Pricing is very reasonable too. I actually think I'm saving money as I would have continued to throw away thousands more chasing products that don't work. This really does. I'd like to say a big thankyou to Penny too who has been amazing at answering any questions. Her response is always speedy and informative and another reason why I rate this company so highly.

Jun 28,2023I’ve been coming to skin doc since November last year after getting a ridiculous waiting time from the NHS. I’ve had acne all through my 20’s and now I’m in my 30’s I’ve decided enough is enough. Skin doc has been nothing short of amazing! Great customer service from all the team from the get go and Dr Sree has made the whole process a dream!! I honestly can’t thank you all enough, I finally have clear skin and your support along the way has been amazing! I would recommend anyone suffering to you guys.. I just wish I had done so sooner.

Jun 24,2023After suffering with acne for 11 years with no treatment seeming to work and being denied roaccutane on the NHS, I finally decided to see a private dermatologist with Skindoc. I started the course in December, and after 6 months my skin is finally acne free! The process has been unbelievably easy and the months have flown by, I just wish I did this sooner! Dr Sree has been great throughout the treatment, always explaining exactly what’s happening with the treatment and always willing to answer any questions. Special thanks to Penny for being so helpful along the way. I can’t recommend Skindoc enough!

The results have been amazing! It is an incredible fairly affordable option when compared to other dermatologists and my acne is finally gone!! I wish i had done this so much sooner!

Jun 22,2023We contacted Skindoc after years of going backwards and forwards to our GP for our son’s acne. It was getting worse and worse and starting to scar. Appointments are online so we weren’t sure what to expect but we decided to give it a try. Well, we can’t recommend Skindoc highly enough! The service is absolutely unbelievable and 8 months later our son’s skin is clear, having previously been literally covered in spots. Dr Sree is so personable he always put us all at ease and the advice and communication is just second to none. One one occasion our son had a reaction to the medication and I emailed at about 9pm. Within 30 minutes we had advice and a prescription! I was really worried about the online element- would the service work well, was it a proper clinic etc? The service is brilliant and convenient. You upload photos before each appointment and you don’t have to travel or wait around, you just log into the call. Then, your medication arrives by post. Possibly the best money we have every spent and we couldn’t be happier!
