Apr 17,2019Good 'on-site' service but expected more from Skiworld when changes to flights were made outside of my control at very last minute. Had to push for 'support' on day of departure due to lateness (instead of early hours) of leaving resort/flight. Told to 'hang around resort until departure time' instead of being provided with room etc. After pushing the requirement was met.

Apr 12,2019Tom and Bronte in Nendaz were absolutely brilliant. Made the holiday exceptional and Skiworld is lucky to have them both. The ski resort manager Craig Johnston was average, he was a poor communicator and did not know enough resort information to send us to a restaurant with specific requirements. Although his input was disappointing, we were spoilt with our wonderful chalet hosts who worked tirelessly to give us a fantastic holiday. Thanks to them both

Apr 06,2019Chalet hosts very friendly and professional. Chalet clean and food was good quality. Dinner was a 3 course meal with canopies and then drinks throughout. Flights and transfers were well organised. Lift passes were sorted on arrival.

Apr 06,2019Just returned from two brilliant weeks skiing in Chalet Victoria Breckenridge. Fantastic food every night of our stay, varied and plentiful, provided by our chalet host (chef) Paul. I can highly recommend Alpine Sports Ski Rental. My skis were taken from outside a bar at the end of one days skiing and Alpine Sports brought replacement skis to the chalet before canapés and cocktails were served at 7.00. The chalet is comfortable and a good size for just eight guests. Great outdoor hot tub. Our Rep Caroline was helpful and very chatty. Looking forward to our Skiworld holiday next season

Apr 04,2019Very good chalet staff and well cooked food, well above the average chalet cuisine. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is bedrooms could do with modernisation and better curtains/beds. Rep v helpful as were all resort staff

Apr 03,2019Had I not been on a neilson ski holiday, I would have given Skiworld 5stars. But there were little things which neilson did which Skiworld could have done too, but didn’t. They’re very small and shouldn’t matter, but I think to earn the extra star: 1. Skiworld reps should speak on the transfer, imparting info and enthusiasm. Not just sit there in silence the entire way... 2 Skiworld could have organised some sort of social event during the week. As far as I was aware, there was just the one quiz night (which none of us attended because it wasn’t held centrally, as we were given very short notice (an hour). 3. Skiworld need to sort out what happens on chalet staff days off to prevent customers feeling abandoned and up to their eyes in dirty plates from the night before. But for a couple of very diligent guys in our chalet, the cheese board (etc) from the night before would have been left out for 34 hrs until the staff returned. It wouldn’t harm to have relief cover for those nights- esp for a premium chalet.

Apr 02,2019Just returned from a ski world trip to Tignes. Really liked our ski chalet and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The chalet was warm and welcoming and the heated towel rail in the bathroom and dressing gown and slippers much appreciated! Have to say that the beds were rather hard and we had a nice sized shared balcony with no furniture. A couple of basic chairs and a small table would have sufficed. I used the smallish pool daily after skiing and it could have been a couple of degrees warmer - but it did help to stretch out the ageing muscles! The food was plentiful and good and I was very well catered as a vegetarian - a concept the French don’t understand! More veg and salads would have been appreciated by myself and a few other guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to use ski world again and have already recommended the company to others! Thank you

Apr 02,2019Excellent value for money on a last minute booking. Excellent staff, reasonable rooms with excellent bathroom. Good quality meals with choice. The venue is approx 200 yds from the nearest ski bus stop. The ski buses run on a very regular basis. Nice sitting area with leather chairs and wood burning stove and an excellent bar. Hot tub, sauna and steam room are in the basement. The hot tub was hot but the Jets were a little disappointing. The ski room was adequate and boots and skis could be left there.
