Skiworld's premier catered chalet in Les Deux Alpes (Chamois Volante) is a horror show. We're talking roof leaking snowmelt on to live electrical sockets and our fresh vegetables that the alcoholic hosts cooked for us whenever they got in from the pub. The hot tub stank like a sewer because they couldn't easily empty it, so they didn't bother. The food and service was rubbish - their staff kept quiting (wonder why). Beware Skiworld as their customer service was appalling even in response to a joint (more than half the chalet) complaint. Most of the time they are fine, but it's when things go wrong that a company shows its true colours and Skiworld simply didn't care about the health, safety and enjoyment of their customers.

It was an amazing holiday. Our hosts were amazing and made the chalet entertained. The food was outstanding. This was a memorable holiday that I shall never forget!
Fantastic chalet and hosts - amazing holiday!
Our skiworld chalet Estrella and staff were all 5* I can't fault them. The chalet was spacious and clean providing everything we needed and the food was fantastic, Luke, Abi and Claire looked after us so well and had no problem catering for a nut allergy and vegan diet. Arias was very helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. They were all very friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. The flights with Norweigan however were disappointing, 3 days before travel our flights were pushed back by 1 hour each way, then on departure our flight was delayed by another 90 mins. The return was the worst though, we had a 3 hour coach transfer to a tiny airport in the middle of nowhere and only as we pulled into the car park did the rep tell us our flight was delayed by over 3 hours. She then shot out of the coach as soon as the doors opened, there was no one to meet us in departures and we had to hunt someone down for info. We were told it wasn't Skiworlds fault but we would all be given a free croque monsuier and drink! We had no choice but to check in and wait in a large hot tent outside as there was no space inside, I should point out that we were 5 families with 10 young children. In addition, despite booking over 10 months prior and travelling with young children who shared our surname the airline chose to seat us all over the airplane both ways. I will not fly Norwegian again and would advise anyone booking through skiworld to try and avoid travelling with Norwegian as I was told by many people that they have been consistently late through the whole winter season.
Great chalet in La Plagne, plus our chalet host Dan was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, friendly and a great cook. Having the hot tub was a real bonus. Didn't try the saunas but others were enjoying it! Lovely views from the bedroom and living room. All recently refurbished or built and in very good condition. The only thing I would say is that the bedroom we had was a very tight fit as a twin - probably would have been better if there was a couple in a double bed. Also would be a nice touch if the 5 star chalets included a towel change mid week...
There was nothing special about the accommodation, in fact, it required updating. However, the staff, the quality of service and the food were 5 star.
Really positive experience with Ski World Aigle-in the Tignes resort. Great staff, facilities, food and fun. Nothing was too much trouble. Would love better WiFi but hey that probably helped me relax even more!!
Staff at lodge were amazing, we were lucky enough to know everyone in the chalet lodge, might have been a different experience if we went just as a family with strangers
Very good company- flights with BA very good - staff very helpful and great food - chalet was nice but needed extra room as dining table in middle of lounge area and kitchen needed to be separated off as well - on the whole a great holiday and service and would use again
Local croissant needed not from a packet. Tidy up outside the chalet when the snow recedes, cleaner tidier uniform for staff more evening entertainment for the middle aged!

Wow Skiworld was an outstanding company to use for our holiday. Our staff did a lovely catering job and certainly showed high standard. I hope my family will use this company next year. Our ski holiday was fabulous.
Pretty, comfortable and brilliantly located for ski in-ski out (beginner/intermediate level), Chalet Louisa is a great family home from home. It's a few minutes above the main resort - peaceful with inspiring views - but connected by a convenient free shuttle bus. The Skiworld hosts were at the heart of it running the place with knowledge, energy and enthusiasm - and their cooking was seriously impressive. The company rep in-resort was friendly and efficient. Visited Alpe D'Huez with boys and 12 and 9, April 2019.

Very helpful from start to finish. Helped us to change our transfer pick up time with no fuss, provided a great quiz and a fun pub crawl. All the staff were first class. Particular thanks to Kate, Tom and Holly at Chalet Laetitia, Meribel.

Jun 04,2019Our Chalet host was fantastic, friendly, helpful and great entertainment. He could really cook too so quality of food was excellent. Accommodation was ski in and out with a bar only 200meters away which we could ski back from at the end of the day. Fantastic would stay again
