Jan 23,2019This was our first holiday with Skiworld and from arriving in resort to arriving back at the airport for our return journey home we could not fault the staff. In the Lodge staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Transfer staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend skiworld to friends and family.

Jan 22,2019Trying to book ONLINE can be quite frustrating when coming to pay and getting an error message and requesting you to phone the office the next day. Once a booking has been made it is difficult to get through on the EXISTING BOOKINGS phone line and usually resorts to using the new bookings phone number which is answered promptly. Once contact has been achieved the STAFF are always very helpful.

Jan 22,2019Chalet staff and chef were amazing - great food and friendly warm service! Chalet was great location and facilities were generally very good. Temperature in the chalet was chilly...the owners need to listen if their guests are all saying the same thing!

Jan 22,2019We had an amazing time in Chalet Le Mazot with Skiworld! The moment we booked we had constant communication about our trip and as soon as we stepped off the plane everything was taken care of - makes such a nice change for us as we’re in the hospitality industry too. The food was ample and pretty good, the skiing was great, location was incredible and the staff were fun. I would highly recommend booking your trips through skiworld as their service is top class and real value for money. We shall be booking with Skiworld again for any future trips.

Jan 22,2019Great from start to finish. Luca and Laurie were amazing hosts at Chalet Hans, couldn't have had a better week. All 16 of us thoroughly enjoyed it and are already discussing our next ski trip!
