Brilliant ski holiday in La Rosière, staying in chalet Daniel, great slopes, great food, great hospitality! Can’t recommend enough!!

Wonderful experience. Would book again without hesitation. Our Chalet hosts and chef were faultless and made our stay even more enjoyable. Our resort host was always available if needed and very personable. Lift pass, boot/ski hire was exceptional value and would be a deciding factor again in the future. Great holiday had by all.

Great chalet in Alpe D'Huez .. Chalet Louisa.Juliette , Will and Jake the cake , were great hosts. Food was very good and well presented. Perhaps 16 guests are a couple too many for the lounge and dining area. The need to speak some french should be a requirement of , at least , the transfer reps. Fantastic boot room , sauna ( which got to heat very quickly ) and hot tub. Genuinely ski in / out. However , will give serious thought to ever flying in and out of Grenoble again.

Poor chalet in Val no cleaning of room or emptying waste bins.Below average wine and food.

We enjoyed a fantastic trip to Val Thorens with Skiworld. The travel arrangements were seamless and the chalet, staff, atmosphere, food and the rest were all wonderful. A brilliant holiday and we returned home feeling on top of the world. Thank you Skiworld! Would definitely recommend Skiworld and we will be using again, hopefully very soon.

Just returned from our ski trip to St Anton with Skiworld. The weather was unbelievable - very unusual heavy snowfall pretty much throughout the week from beginning to end. Our coaches were delayed on arrival in Friedrichshafen airport due to blocked roads and accidents so that couldn't be helped obviously. Skiworld was the only ski operator who had a rep in the airport who managed to update not only its own customers but also others from Crystal and Neilson who both failed to do so very well apparently. Once we arrived at our destination both the hosts of our Chalet Eisfall presented a lovely 3 course meal at 1am in the morning. So needed and appreciated. Well done, guys! The chalet was clean and right opposite from the Nasserein lift - approx 20m. Ideal. Also real ski-in location. Josh and James were brilliant chalet hosts - very approachable, a good laugh and the food was great. But for some reason there wasn't much afternoon cake that week but biscuits? Not their fault as they follow instructions. Henry was the ski resort rep - also very helpful and knowledgeable. A very good team. Skiworld got us out of the resort on time making sure to update us if weather circumstances should change again and even provided packed lunches. We plan to return to charming St Anton as it was our first time and due to the adverse weather we couldn't ski a lot which was hugely disappointing. Couldn't even get to Lech etc. But we definitely would stay at Chalet Eisfall again. Overall we used Skiworld 7 or 8 times over the last few years.

Fantastic value holiday as we booked late and got a real bargain :) It's not too far from Grenoble so the transfer isn't too long, although Grenoble as an airport is absolute chaos and not at all enjoyable (but then so is Chambery!!) Impressed with the location of the chalet - it said ski in/ski out and it really was. The bonus was that it was on a lovely piste so an enjoyable ski down to the lifts in the morning and an easy ski back in the evening. So convenient that many in our chalet actually went back during the day for a rest. Although the rooms were small they had lots of storage and plenty of room to hang damp ski kit. The beds were comfortable and the bedding and towels clean and very white. The en suite was also small but always had lots of hot water and the shower was powerful. You do need to take your own shampoo etc and hairdryer though as they're not provided. The hot tub and sauna were in excellent condition. There was plenty of room in the boot room to sit and put on your boots and the boot warmer worked well. We were lucky that the chalet was filled with great people and we enjoyed mixing with them in the lounge area. The chalet could do with more seating though as it was a bit of a squeeze when we were all there - and the dining table wasn't really big enough for 16 adults. The food was varied and of a good quality - also plentiful, however, the main meal wasn't served until 8pm which we found rather late (aperitif and canapes served at 7.30) Breakfast was always good as was afternoon tea. Skiworld were very organised and everything that they were in charge of went well. It was disappointing that the reps (although enthusiastic, friendly people) didn't seem very knowledgeable about the resort and couldn't even speak French - therefore struggled with the driver during the transfer from airport to resort and couldn't give much information once we got to the resort. We would have liked to go to Deux Alpes for a day as it was included in our skipass but there was nothing organised for Skiworld customers to help get us there - this was a surprise as other companies we've travelled with have organised a minibus for their clients. Overall we had a good time and would be happy to recommend Alpe d'Huez, Chalet Louisa and Skiworld

Great recent holiday with Skiworld in St Anton. Chalet was great, good food and staff, and transfer staff coped with bad snow/travel conditions really well.

The reps generally did a great job in difficult conditions for travelling and subsequently kept us well informed in resort. Having said that it was a bit disconcerting on the trip back to be told that the loo on the coach was out of order and they were definitely not going to stop on route - given that the trip the previous weekend had taken 9 hours! Why can't the coaches have working loos? Generally the food in our chalet was very average, although cakes and desserts were good. We had a problem with the return flight where the 4 of us were given seats scattered around the aircraft, no 2 together. We were told this was because "we hadn't been booked together" and the check-in person refused to change this. We are still waiting for an explanation of why this was, but clearly some failure of communication between SkiWorld and BA.

Booking was straightforward and easy. I appreciated the call in advance of our holiday to make sure things were all in order. Our holiday was brilliant. Chalet Verseau was great with a very charming host. The only downer was Grenoble Airport which was fine on arrival, but a SHOCKER on departure. Mayhem.

All in all great skiing holidays at a pretty good price. Transfer days a long but not sure how it could be done any quicker.

Great holiday spoilt at the end by use of Grenoble airport, which is probably cheap for Ski World, but can't cope with the numbers of passengers going through on a Saturday. Chaos.

We stayed at Challet Berreta in La Rosiere France this time around & we couldn’t have made a better choice. Our hosts Ben & Adam were just fabulous! We’ve never experienced any hosts like them, I wanted to put them in my suitcase & bring them home! Our resort managers were great too. One thing regarding the challet thiugh, it’s supposed to house 12 people, we had 7. I’d say 10 max for that challet but it was still better than last years stay at Mason Rose in Val Di Seire. We ended up in a vile broom cupboard of a room, the whole layout was just wrong for that resort when you think what you pay and we could have stayed at the ski lodge for the same money. We made a right choice this year though! 👌🏻 Overall, skiworld have been fantastic as a team throughout our nearly 20 years of using them.
