Jan 06,2019I was very happy with the service they provided. We were able to get our eqiptment from any ski world in town and also return our equipment at the end to any store. They had a very efficient method of fitting skis and boots in store so we were able to get out skiing as quickly as possible. I also had my helmet stolen from our chalet boot room during the week and skiworld didn’t charge me to replace it which was very appreciated.

Jan 05,2019We stayed in chalet Altaire in Nendez with ski world Dec 2018. The chalet was superb and the hosts were brilliant. The chalet is NOT ski in or ski out as advertised, but it’s easy enough to get to the ski lift via the garage and funicular. The skiing in Nandaz is pretty challenging, this is not a beginners resort. We had an excellent week and really enjoyed our holiday, thanks ski world team in Nendaz.

Jan 05,2019From the booking to the end of our holiday I could not fault this company. We had fantastic meals cooked for us. Lovely home made cakes ready for us when we came back from a day of skiing and then a fantastic meal in the evening to finish our day. The transfer and updates where faultless. I would definitely go with this company again.

Jan 04,2019Ski world thought of everything! Such hard working staff made staying in a catered chalet the best! My only comment would be chalet not quite as large as photographs lead you to believe. But still comfortable with everything you might need.

Jan 04,2019Great staff, friendly and accommodating, in a very conveniently placed location. The apartment was well appointed and clean. Minor niggles; the steam cabinet element of the shower did not work without 'tripping' the electrics to the whole apartment and, whilst food was well prepared (including great afternoon cakes), I felt a slightly larger food budget per head would have 'lifted' the food offer. With a ski hire shop directly below, and the apartment having it's own ski out (walk up the slope 400m in) locker room for own kit and a very regular bus to 1650 stopping just up the road getting on and off the slopes was simple. Nightlife, restaurants and shopping are on the doorstep. Transfers were also well organised.

Our ski chalet was fantastic and every representative of ski world was very professional and helpful in making it a perfect getaway. Thank you to all the staff. Jan 04,2019We have had a fabulous holiday in Zermatt from the moment we arrived at the airport to saying a sad farewell to our fellow guests at the airport baggage collection point on our way back. The hosts in our chalet were really chilled yet attentive and our Christmas meal was devine - as were all the meals. We will be back. Thank you Rolf, Gemma and Greg.

Jan 04,2019Ski world staff the reps in ( Val-Thorens ) lovely and did their best as new to the area too ,to make it a lovely christmas for us all .Chloe,Adam and Barnaby were all helpful and friendly .However the organisation could be greatly improved in the uk (booking end etc) .They take forever to get through to on the phone and Was told our chalet was an upgrade from the first one we booked (then lost the contract with ) but having stayed in the original one previous can dispute this apparent upgrade. There was a distinct lack/no information on what non- skiers and other activities were available in Val Thorens .Have suggested a file in each chalet would be beneficial to any holiday goer along with restaurants and menus to mull over with the family before booking or walking in somewhere.

Jan 04,2019Myself , partner & 4 others went to Les Deux in December 2018. From the time we arrived at Grenoble airport the service was 5*. Once we had arrived at Chalet Alice our Hosts (Bessie & Jacob) and Reps (Becky, G & Jenny ) were again amazing. They sorted our ski passes and delivered to us by 8am the next morning. The chalet was warm, clean and very welcoming. The rooms & ensuite were clean and tidy with fresh linen & towels. There was refreshment and food awaiting for us and we also were greeted by other holiday makers. Throughout our stay at Chalet Alice hosts Bessie & Jacob made us feel very welcome and part of the Skiworld family, nothing was ever a problem for them. The meals they prepared were just outstanding all made from fresh ingredients. Any food allergies or none meat eaters were given an alternative which again were amazing. I would recommend anyone to go and enjoy their holiday with Skiworld.

Jan 04,2019The service was excellent : transfer was smooth chalet lovely very capable and helpful chalet host who cooked excellent meals; resort rep was very knowledgeable and helpful, ski hire great and flexible. We were also lucky with the weather and snow conditions. The kids enjoyed the apres ski.

Jan 10,2019Booked thorough Skiworld for ski trip departing this weekend 12 Jan 2019. Our outbound flight is with Thomas Cook which means we just turn up at the airport with our passport to obtain boarding passes however the return flight is with EasyJet which means we can print off the boarding passes before travel for our return, however for whatever reason Skiworld seem unable to send me the weblink to do this. It’s now only 2 days until I travel and I haven’t received the weblink. Been on several ski trips with Skiworld before and they’ve always been brilliant but I’m not impressed with the way they’re dealing with this checkin issue for the EasyJet return flight.
