I was trying to book two flights from two different origination points but arriving at the same destination. We did not need to arrive at the same time. Skybooker supposedly gave the best price for both flights, but I had to call in for a discount code for one of the flights. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then mysteriously BOTH ticket prices went up significantly. They tried to reconcile the situation with slightly better prices that I could beat online myself. They are the poster company for bait and switch!!

I had no issues dealing with Skybooker for my first time purchase. Found competitive prices from Seattle to Iceland and received my e-tickets. thanks, Saher

I've no doubt this review will soon be buried by a slew of "great" reviews, but on the chance someone sees it: I experienced a bait and switch from skybooker. I ordered round trip business class seats on a trip to LAX - Venice, only to later get a call that two of the four legs were actually economy. The caller said that for $500 more on each ticket, they would happily upgrade me to business. This, even though I had an initial confirmation email from them identifying all legs as business class. I cancelled the entire reservation after finding a few other horror stories on trustpilot. If the price is too good to be true, well, you know the rest....

I recently needed to purchase a ticket departing from Dallas, Texas in USA to Delhi, India, preferably on Air India for a relative who is a senior citizen, and wanted to fly only Air India. I contacted a lot of agents and was advised by them to go online and pay the online price, or pay the agent extra to issue tickets at the same price that was available online. A friend then recommended Skybooker.com and I decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised at being able to secure a ticket at a lower price than I was seeing online, for no additional fees. I had questions before completing the booking, and was able to contact a rep who was friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They also pro-actively offered me seat reservations and meal selections, which most agents do not offer unless prompted. I would recommend skybooker.com whole heartedly to anyone who asks me about a reliable site to book their flights.

Tried to book a flight from them thru momondo. 1)So I'm booking it and tried to call them after cause i haven't receive my ticket. While he put me on hold someone from skybooker is calling me to have me on a conference call with my bank. We do the conference and everything is fine so they ask me to wait for 2 hourse for the ticket to be issued 2) No ticket no call back after 3 hours so I call them and the guy told me the price was changed. I'm asking to speak with a supervisor and he told me the price was changed but if I accept this price my ticket will be issued in 1 hour and he guarantee nothing is gonna change 3) No ticket no call back in 2 hours so I call them again. The guy tells me I'll get it in 1 more hour 4) No tiket no call back, of course so I call them and ask for a supervisor, eventually the guy I've been talking with. They put me on hold and hang up on me after 15 minutes on hold. I call again and tells me is the manager. Guess what.. price was changed again and ask me to book it as this price and I'll have my ticket in 1 hour. Of course, this price is guarantee and nothing's gonna change. A wise old sayong sound like "you fooled me once is your fold, you fooled me twice is my fold". I'm not gonna make this my fold so I will never try to get a flight thru this amators, worst customer service ever seen

Never heard about Skybooker in the past, but when I found that they are located in my city, I booked with them. Everything went well as per the price they quoted online. One issue, since my dad was paying for the tickets, they asked to verify dad's billing address. Agent Ms.Tabu was very friendly. I would recommend them using again..

Very poor experience. Booked an international flight (ATL to KHI via Turkish Air) with Sky Booker and received confirmation of flight. After sending a follow up email to confirm flight was booked with correct name, I booked all my hotels and transportation. Sky Booker debited the funds as well. Four days later, I received an email stating there was a computer error on their end and the flight was not booked and money has been refunded. Furthermore, if I wanted to re-book the same trip, I would have to pay the new price (which was $400) more expensive. When asked to honor the original price due to system error, Sky Booker denied. I then escalated the matter to their Corporate HQ (with the confirmation email) and received a response that they would look into it. After 1 week, I sent a follow up email to review the status and...crickets. I am a corporate senior leader and this one bad experience (which had potential to be rectified) has now resonated across my network to never book with Sky Booker. As a customer service oriented company, you have failed.

Just had an issue with my Australia credit card, but when I changed to my US credit card everything went well. Prices were fairly competitive. Overall 5star.

I made a reservation with them since they had a really good price on the trip I wanted to make, I proceeded with the reservation, added my credit card info, but my card didn't go through, I called them, they said my card is international and not US-issued so can't work, and they said the reservation will last for a period of time if I still wanted to go with it, I tried everything to get a US-issued card but couldn't, so I contacted them again and asked if there is anyway this could be resolved they said that they cannot do anything since it is British Airways that processes the transaction, so I called British Airways to try to solve this issue with them, BA was very surprised by this response and told me we are more than happy to process a card issued from anywhere in the world, and if the travel agency is unable to process the payment, they can contact the payments department and we will be happy to assist. I called the company again, and as soon as I said that I contacted BA, the costumer service representative said in the rudest way possible, well go make your reservation with BA, when I explained that I wanted to make the reservation with them because of the price he became even ruder and ruder and started talking aggressively that if I believe BA, I make my reservation with BA and that he will cancel my reservation, I became furious from how rude he became and I yelled at him about how he shouldn't talk to me like this and that if they are offering a service, they should be worthy of it! I would never EVER recommend this company, make a google search, trust me there are companies that are a LOTTTT more professional and will get you even better prices. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Response to the company's response: So theoretically, I did supply the wrong information, which I didn't, but let's say I did, this gives you the right to be rude? this gives you the right to lie and say it is BA's fault? you could've answered politely and said "Sir, we are sorry, OUR company does not accept foreign credit cards due to XXXX reason, we wished to process your request, but this is the company's policy" PERIOD, you don't have to be rude, you don't have to yell, you don't have to lie, you don't have to be disrespectful. I have spoken with hundreds of customer service representatives throughout my life, and never have I gotten this attitude. I do like the fact you're giving me attitude in the comments section though and standing with your employee's non-professional behavior, gives an idea about how much your company is going to help.

I was very happy with Skybooker, i had a very good price and everything was ok. But 2 weeks after my flight, i had a fraud on my debit card. I live in United States and the fraud happen in Canada, the only things I paid on internet and in Canada was my flight ticket!!!! So skybooker thanks to check your security!!

I purchase two round trip tickets from Orlando to Madrid for $2,725.34. Two days later I saw the same flights, itineraries, etc. for $604 less through Skybooker. I took a picture of it with my iPhone. Other companies had the same exact thing up to $765 less. My husband called Skybooker and tried to see if they could honor this new and less price because it had only been two days after we purchased them at the higher price. One man said he could not do anything because it had been more than two days. My husband reminded him that it had been 2 days only, not more than 2 days. The other man said that it had been more than 1 day. Our bank talked to them. They called us and said they would try directly with the airline. They never did. Their answer was that they checked online because they requested proof of where online I had seen the new prices two days after I purchased the tickets, and I sent them a picture of it including the date I saw it, and according to them these were fake online companies and the prices were not true. I've done business with these other online companies and they are not fake. If I would have bought the tickets with these new prices instead of buying the tickets two days earlier, my bookings would have gone through without any problem. Besides, they said that it was the airlines the one to decide if they were willing to make the price change, and were going to ask them, but Skybooker never did that because since the very beginning when my husband called them, they had no intentions to trying to help us at all. Never again we will do business with a company like this.
