I found this site easy to use, intelligently put together, and with clear and numerous choices for flights. I had previously tried a number of other sites and found them all suddenly jacking up the price for the itinerary that I was seeking. Skybooker had a cheaper price and I took it. Their communications since have seemed on point and helpful.

I booked a flight to Spain and the person who contacted me wasn't able to verify my information. We contacted my bank and when everything was done he just disconnected the line without confirming that he had all of the information he needed.

I spent a bit of time looking up reviews for Skybooker as I have never heard of them. After seeing some mixed reviews (but none too bad), I decided to go ahead and book with them since their price round trip to Amsterdam was about half of what I was seeing from other sources. Shortly after booking, I received a call from someone asking me to sign some electronic documents. I thought this was pretty weird, as I've never had to do this for booking a flight before. I read the documents pretty thoroughly, and I went ahead and signed. (Edit: Apparently, this e-signature is because I purchased a ticket for both myself and a friend. Since his name is not on the credit card used, the e-signature helps against people booking with credit card fraud which is reasonable). A couple hours later I got an email saying my reservation went through and received a confirmation number for United Airlines. I went on United's website and confirmed that my reservation did exist. It was a strange process, but overall it went very smooth, and I was able to get a really well-priced flight.

Over all I had an excellent experience I need to travel to Manchester for a conference in a week and all the other sites were giving price 40% more than what I got here. Didn't wanted to go for Priceline since express deal can throw you in any time slot and it screws up the trip.
