Jan 21,2025I sent a request form for incorrect registration. Literally 3 minutes later I received email that it was corrected, then a minute later Diane from help desk sent the new certificate with correct number and information.

Jan 20,2025I made a mistake in entering the micro chip number of my new puppy I only realised after paying for it. I then summited the correct number and paid for that. Contacted smart trace (Diane) and she sorted it all out in a matter of minutes. Thank you Diane.

Jan 20,2025I recently got a new puppy and was given the chip card by the breeder. I completed all the details, found the site easy enough. When I took my pup to the vets I asked them to check the chip and it turned out I'd been given the wrong card (easily done when there are multiple pups) so I emailed in and asked what I could do. Joanne has emailed this morning and has confirmed she had removed the details from the wrong chip AND organised a refund so I can start from scratch. Fabulous! Fully expected it to be a 'you'll need to pay to amend the details' kind of conversation so really nice to find a company with a bit of commonsense and empathy that the error wasn't of my own doing and , as such, I shouldn't be penalised. Great speedy service!

I have worked with lots of microchip websites in my previous veterinary workplace that were a lot easier to work round the website. Not even an option to talk to someone on the phone for the reason I needed.
