The team from smilepath have been top notch with their support and after sale service since I bought the night time aligners. I'm now looking forward to seeing the results.

Jun 15,2022While convenient to be able to mail out impression kits, the whole process has been extraordinarily slow. I purchased my kit over a month ago and they have only just received my impressions (mailed 3 weeks ago) and will take another 2 weeks to generate a plan from there. It took a long time back and forth for email confirmation after each impression (4 impressions and 4 emails back and forth over a week). Overall it will be at least 2 months from purchase to receive my first aligners.

After I Joined I got an email from the staff that explains the process with pictures and video, it was so easy and informative. so far, I'm so happy with their service and glad I chose Smilepath.
