Communication was confusing. Advice was given for particular cells, then someone else said it was not available and then we had to switch. In the end we got what was advised in the beginning, after quite a lot of messages. The central number starting with 1300 gives you automatically the nearest Solargain. Not handy if you have a house in another place.
It is rare we are able to give full marks to todays companies because they let the $ rule their ethics. However Solargain gave a firm locked in price, installed in the designated time and date Their installers were efficient and thoroughly professional finishing the install with a complete run through about the system and inverter. We would not hesitate to recommend Solargain to everyone who asks. Can't say as much for a number of other companies who have fallen very short on making the customer happy and an important part of their ongoing business.

Not Good Customer Service after installation.My system didn't straight work aft installation. I had to call around 20 times and speak to so many agents. Every Time I Called , Different answers. I should not be chasing you guys after reporting issues. you suppose to keep me in loop and follow up. Still yet to receive call for Compensation Which I am entitle to receive. Worst client experience ever. I would never recommend you guys.
Could have been better, I still have not received my Qantas Frequent Flyer points yet, despite ringing and reminding them. System working great.
It was efficient and even though it rained the gents performed amazingly.
I did a lot of research and got many quotes before deciding on Solargain to install my 6.6kWh solar panel system matched to a Fronius 5.0 Primo inverter. The only negative, hence the 4 & not 5 stars was the original install date was delayed by a month due to the solar panels that were quoted i.e. Jinko PERC half cell panels were not available. The 2 contractors who did the install were excellent, they were on time and the install was first class. All up I would definitely recommend Solargain Malaga WA. The panels have been on the roof for 4 months now and I am very happy with my choice of system & the performance. One word of advise is do NOT sign with any door to door sellers, the ones that knocked on my door started me on the journey to get multiple quotes and it was then that I discovered I'd have been ripped off had I gone with what was being offered by them. Do your home work before signing anything.

This is my second installation by Solargain and in both instances the installation and products supplied were of high quality. The installers were experienced and their customer service interaction have been thorough and pleasant. However; I recently moved residence and used Solargain for the solar and heat pump installation as I was very happy with their previous installation. The system has a wifi connection that was successfully connected post installation, but I was advised to change the password as the installation password was to be considered temporary. Not being familiar with the new app, I admit to being unsure during the password reset and couldn't access the online inverter information. I made a call to the local Solargain office and was given some hints, but was referred to the inverter manufacturer to resolve the problem. As I was about to ring the manufacturer, the installers contacted me to take some photos of their installation work. When I mentioned the wifi problem, the leading hand contacted a person from head office in Perth and I was told they would contact me shortly. Contact was made by email initially advising that they would ring me shortly. I was happy someone was on my case, so I replied to the email that I had a blocking app on my phone due to scammers and if they rang me to leave a message and I would ring them back. This was the last contact with Solargain. Apparently too hard to follow up a customer's problem. Makes me wonder if I had a hardware problem if they would react the same way. Solargain requested this survey post, so here is my experience.
