The installation team arrived as per the booking we were given, on time they were finished by mid afternoon cleaned up and you wouldn't have known that anyone had even been on site without looking up on the roof. Jan 29,2019Solar gain , Rockingham WA. We got rushed in an early delivery. The panels got on our roof very fast, this was the good point of it. But not even a week later, your company had an much cheaper and better offer on TV. We felt really cheated after we saw this and it made us very angry too. Jan 29,2019My second install from Solargain. Same as the first. They came out when they said they would. Did the full job finishing when they said they would. Charged exactly what they said they would and didn’t have to come back to adjust or fix anything. One of the few companies to be able to do all that. Twice. The next time I need something they provide they are the only ones I’ll call.

Their tradesmen were courteous and informative of what they were doing and the whole job went very smoothly all done in about 3 hours with the old system off and the new one on This is the 3rd solar system that i have had on this house over the past 46 years all different makes.if it goes the distance as the others i will be most pleased thanks again Solargain. Jan 27,2019It has been about 6 months since the install. The system is working, which is good, however one of the panels was not put in the correct place. There were also a number of cracked tiles on my roof, some of which I replaced myself. One cracked tile is under a panel and cannot be replaced without removing the panel. More importantly however, I have not been given paperwork stating that the system has been installed in accordance with industry standards and so I cannot register the STCs for the system. I've raised these issues with Solargain a number of times but to date there has not been a resolution. I agreed to pay for half of the system, which Solargain were happy with, so I'm not too upset. I'm not sure if these problems will ever get fixed.
