Jan 25,2019I am more than happy with our system. Our first account after connecting was $45 = Power use - 404 Units and Export units 1890! Our previous account $418. I am hoping that our next account may well be zero given that as a pensioner I now qualify for a government assistance of $40-$50 per account! Many thanks.

Jan 23,2019I can honestly say I had a great experience with Solargain, (who were recommended to me by friends who had used them before) from my first contact with the salesperson through to the speedy install of my system. I was expecting a long wait for the install but after I accepted the quote everything happened very quickly. The salesperson was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. The young team who installed my system were very polite, they arrived on time, the install didn't take as long as I had expected and they cleaned up after themselves. A job well done and I was very happy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Solargain.

Jan 22,2019I have previously contacted Solargain as I would like my smart meter to actually work and track my net power usage. It has not worked from the start and this is my main disappointment on the installation and setup . I was also surprised on the amount of noise the Fronuis inverter produced. I think this should be a standard warning before installing in the house. Finally my inverter regularly clips the total power available limiting it to the inverter capacity. I would have appreciated the discussion on an inverter size matched to the panel capacity. The overall system has worked OK and I am happy with the installation and the performance. .

Jan 22,2019Great sales and product working great now. Unfortunately I have had terrible experience with after sales service. Problem with inverter took months to sort out, they never contacted me once to let me know what was happening with the replacement. I still have not been able to connect inverter to the wifi so I can check usage on my phone, Solargain know about this and 8 months later still no help. Also had a problem with Inverter power tripping, this was fixed quickly which I was happy about. Maybe they are getting better.

Jan 21,2019Deciding to have a Solar Hot Water system in our new home was made easier by the fact we had used Solargain in our last home. Once again the team installing were very efficient and tidy. Price suited us very well. System worked well even over winter months and is a real bonus now during the summer heat.Very happy with our choice. Vic and Judith Hersey

Jan 21,2019Good experience, especially working with the local Solargain people. Impressed by the lengthy and detailed consultation leading to setting the design. Honest too-no presseure to spend more than needed. Local tradesmen selected for installation were top quality. Only downside was very long time to complete the job but much of this caused by the “bureaucracy” and I was pleased that Solargain took care of all this paperwork. Best of all was no pay until job finished.
