Jul 01,2020It has been 3 months since we had our Solar Hot Water System installed and in that time we have not had any issues. The water is always hot and we have only used the booster twice. Strongly recommend this company for its installation process, the way the installers cleaned the site after installation, and explained all the workings of the system.

Jun 30,2020We found the team at Solargain, from sales through to installation, to be very helpful and easy to deal with. The electrician responsible for the installation returned a couple of times after the system was operational to ensure that it was operating at peak efficiency. Once the system became fully operational, we realised a significant decrease in electricity useage and our SolarEdge Monitoring app (in android phone) displays a real-time view of solar production, self-consumption and overall consumption and how much is fed back into the grid. While Solargain may not be the least expensive, I can recommend the company, the SolarEdge inverter/optimisers and QCELLS Q.MAXX solar panels.

Jun 28,2020Recommend a family member to Solargain. They successfully installed a system which meant we qualified for a spotters fee. After numerous phone calls and text messages to the salesperson all we’ve received is false promises and excuse after excuse. Eventually I bypassed the salesperson and called Solargain direct and talked directly to the accounts department who were very helpful and understanding and promptly addressed my questions with a positive result. It’s a shame the salesperson couldn’t address this problem without the intervention of head office.

Jun 14,2020Started off well quite professional when starting to organise paper work and quotes etc. Communication between certain teams was not the best, advised booking date was one date when it was actually another, roof leak after works completed, advised of issue was told will get back to me on the day due to urgency, did not hear back until the next day. Completion of works not passed onto Qantas for points.

Jun 09,2020Hi, Worst client experience Ever. Faulty installation done in Jan. I think I have called so many times to fix the issue and still issue is not resolved. Now even Manager is not responding to my follow up requests. And every time I called they always have multiple excuses. Worst client Experience.

Jun 09,2020Generally went quite smoothly. We were under the impression that the solar panels and the hot water service would be done on the same day and were disappointed when that didn't occur. You need to make it quite clear that they are treated as separate installations, or even better, coordinate them so that do occur on the same day.

May 14,2020Not a good experience. I paid for the installation with a bank cheque and gave it to the tradie. The cheque was then lost and I was requested to arrange another payment and I was promised a reimbursement for the costs involved. Heard nothing more ...it was all lip service????
