Very happy with the result! installation team were also very good and left everything clean and tidy and no broken tiles!The system works exllent,we highly recommend Solargain.Very impressed so far with the system.

Jan 01,2020staff is not helpful to give full info about grid connectivity through energy supplier.Two & half month passed but nothing happens,called office but told that it is up to energy supply company.They cant do any thing.They havnt supply simple info about grid connectivity.

Dec 21,2019So far so good with the solar panels and the inverter setup. It's been a few months now. However was disappointed to discover recently that our outdoor table had been damaged by the installers. One part is broken and there seems to be some white paint on the dark timber. Installation without collateral damage would have been better.

Dec 18,2019Great service and detailed information during quote and application process. Followed up promptly when I identified a small water leak a couple weeks later. But whoever the painter is that they're trying get to contact me to come and repaint the ceiling is damn useless. It's been two months now and 3 prompts to Solargain (all of which they've responded to assuring me he getting in touch soon)

Dec 16,2019The good things were the overall experience and the end result of an impressive setup that looks good. There were some niggles that could be improved - the initial sorting out of what exactly was needed - this was a to-and-from with your advisor, and I frequently felt I did not have all the information. - the escalation in price (Tesla) during the initial planning - it took about 3 weeks for the Tesla battery and Gateway to start reporting via my phone app. I believe it was an over-sight of the technician in not doing something. It took 2-3 phone calls for this to be fixed.

Dec 12,2019The installers completed the installation quickly and neatly. I was concerned it was too windy to install, but they did manage to complete the job. The system is working well and often reach maximum power generation for some of the day. Seems to be an efficient system.
