Nov 07,2019The installers were EXTREMELY professional. They were careful and thorough at all times. They attended to a great many details often ignored by other installers I have known. A very pleasant change from my experiences in the past. There was just one tiny cloud on the horizon. The literature forwarded to me by the 'office' of the company was somewhat misleading in places. This literature would benefit from a review, and an update. But the 'errors' were minor, so easily understood and accommodated. Solargain are overall a VERY professional company.

Nov 01,2019Value for money was excellent and all staff were always pleasant to deal with. Lines of communication weren't clear however (I think I spoke with about six different Solargain staff from quoting to finalisation and was never clear who the point of contact was which was frustrating), and I frequently found myself chasing a response. In terms of the physical install, extremely happy with the end product, but there were issues with the initial install, ID’d by me getting up on the roof and inspecting. Problems included: some roof tiles not ground down, some panels unevenly installed, three faulty panels, panels installed over a plumbing vent (top of vent hacksawed off and left uncapped without first asking me if this was ok). All issues were fixed across 5 follow up site visits (not sure if this couldn’t have been done more efficiently, but Solargain were very happy to resolve). Would use Solargain again because of cost, however improvements could be made re customer communications and quality checking the install once completed.

Oct 30,2019The sale,payment and installation was such an easy and effortless experience right from my initial phone call. Great brand and pricing as well as reliable and friendly installation tradies. Would have been nice to have booster switch inside instead of the meterbox but as I have only had to use the booster once since the installion it really isn't an issue!

Oct 29,2019Disappointed that the installers turned the inverter off and left us with a non-operational system until we identified that we weren't receiving any grid use reduction or feed in. Once we identified the problem and switched the system on, it has been operating above expectations, just disappointed that we had to wait 2 months to see this happen.

I was completely satisfied with their service and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Nov 08,2019Solargain provides quality panels, good installation job and happy customer experience. My only complaint is the broken roof tiles left behind for me to fix myself but other than that I would definitely recommend them to anyone
