Nov 17,2019The team who came to install my new solar hot water system were efficient and took every care while working at my property, especially while they were on the roof. There was an adjustment required to the temperature a couple of days later but that was completed quickly. Very happy with the system. Thanks.

Nov 17,2019It took a few appointments to finally be installed. The team of guys were great. I feel the mobile phone app is a let down. Twice it has had to be reinstalled or re-booted. It has now dropped off again and I haven't got the time to re- load it , which is annoying. Then I'm thinking , how long until I go through this again. Solar panels were put on July this year. But the panels work well. Thank you.

Nov 13,2019The initial installation did not even check the connectivity of all panels. We have 5 families installing the same panels. 1 year later, 2 families requested a check and both have been found that up to 10 out of 44 panels were not even connected! I contacted Solargain requesting a check if my panels and am still waiting. The families are considering raising this quality issue to Canberra times for attention due to the potentially common quality issues with the installation. Update: I received a call from Solargain who started to book a full audit for all the families & friends. Will post here once I have further update.

Nov 13,2019I had no prior knowledge of what I needed to do when I decided to put in Solar power. I got a bit of information from Whirlpool forums and called up a few different suppliers/retails that were recommended on the forums and one of them was Solargain. I spoke to Tom who I quickly realised was not just looking to make a sale but was very passionate about the concept of renewal energy and wanted to make sure I received all the information required to help me make an informed choice. Without any commitment from me, Tom spent quite a bit of time explaining to me the various systems, inverters and batteries involved. I received quotes from Tom and the other suppliers. I realised how the quotes that I received from the other suppliers were not meeting the mark that the Solargain quote provided. One of the proposal received was to put all my Solar panels on the East side without taking into consideration that no one was at home through out the day. The Solargain cost was also reasonably matched with the other quotes. The installation was completed and the work done in wiring the place was impeccable. The engineers explained to me what was going to be done and how much time it would take to complete the job. The system was turned on after the inspector checked it and its all working well. I would definitely recommend Solargain from a cost, value, communication, quality and in short from all perspectives. Go Green if not for you at least do it for the kids!! Cheers. PS. This installation was in the south west of Melbourne.

Nov 13,2019If you're in the market for Solar Power I highly recommend getting a quote from Solargain. Solargain were the only Supplier to offer to come out and explain the numerous products available. Other suppliers just emailed their quote. The sales person ‘Will’ , calculated our consumption requirements and designed our system to meet our needs. ‘Will’ patiently listened and answered my many questions. Our System included Solargains iStore HWS System which at our request was installed prior to the rest of the system to allow time for us to complete some other renovation projects. The HWS alone has reduced our bill by $100 per month. The Solar Panels have just been installed and they look great. The installation team were punctual, polite and professional. (Thanks Alex). After sales and customer service play a major role, and after phoning regarding a small issue (which was our lack of knowledge) someone came round to explain it the same day. Would recommend Solargain without hesitation.

Nov 10,2019Sales guy wasnt pushy and explained the options well.. good install works as they said it would. didn't over promise then under perform ... it would have been nice if the wifi was standard on the inverter,,, other than that it would have been a 5.... Ok it's been in for 3.5 years it's worked error free.. it has totally paid for itself now ..and that includes the upgraded heat pump hot water system .. my bills are approx 30% of the previous bills for any given payment period. Might not work as good for you or it might be better.. 😉
