Apr 13,2021Installation team was superb and very efficient, the system is working at full capacity and better still the extra cost for the app which monitors the system in real time on my phone and computer is a real bonus worth having as you can check on which appliances are drawing most power and the best times of the day to use appliances, plus how much energy you have used and exported.

Post implementation comms re inspection and integration with energy retailer and access to the solar production monitoring app could improve. Overall though we are very happy with Solar Gain. Thanks

Apr 11,2021Our install was a large home system. The company started the installation on the day it was due and finished on time. The installers were very professional, they took the time to explain what they were doing and what the install entailed. They also explained in layman's terms, how the system worked and what to look for when monitoring the system. I am also pleased that Solargain upgraded the system with new design panels at no charge. The system has been operating for about 3 months with no issues. They also worked with our power company to get the rebate started. Just a complete package from start to finish.
