Jan 16,2021The fact that you use Google Map to a access my roof top without coming to the location has let you down. When your team rocked up to replace my existing system, they realized they have the wrong roof brackets after dismantling. The reschedule is two weeks time and as a customer, I asked for credit reimbursement for the two weeks without solar support. The feedback I have is my old system will generate little credit for the two weeks so no reimbursement. Also your sales person have the cheek to say I was lucky not to be charged with the new profile brackets which had cost more! Lucky for you, you did not insist I have to foot the additional cost, otherwise I will ask you to reinstall the old system back and give you the flick!

The install team arrived on time and involved us in every decision from the best place to put the controller to the panels. The install was done very neatly with no unwanted or untidy cabling which matained the street appeal of the house. We are very happy with the result.

The guys that did the install arrived when they were supposed to. And the beauty of that was. They never once stopped to use there mobile phones. Which in this day and age is something of a miracle. Would not hesitate to recommend Solargain to anyone thinking about solar panels.

They did a terrific job and left everything clean and tidy. I was impressed with their excellent and friendly service. Office staff were also very helpful in setting up an app for me to view my system on my phone. I highly recommend Solargain.

Several months later and they have been back in touch to complete the data entry to get the system monitoring working correctly and now all is good.

Dec 22,2020The Solar panels and inverter perform flawlessly. When installing the Panels to the metal roof of the shed, I had specifically asked that attention be paid to waterproofing the brackets and i even provided waterproofing material to achieve this. The installers failed to properly water proof the tech screws used to attach the brackets to the roof. When it rains the shed floor now gets wet. The fixing screws may have rubber grommets to achieve the water proofing but it seems these same grommets have not been placed between the bracket and the roof material and they may not have applied the water proofing membrane around the brackets as requested. When I had reported this they never returned to rectify this issue. Major Fail. Colinb

Dec 22,2020The experience with Solargain was wonderful from start to finish. The installers arrived on time on the day of installation and had the whole job finished in 6 hours. A couple of cracked tiles which were replaced and all mess tidied up. The system has been running for 3 months now and has made a significant difference to our bill. Very happy.

However, since then their follow-up service has been very disappointing. I have had a couple of issues which needed attention but have found it very hard to get any action from them.
