Apr 07,2021We used Solargain and the install crew was very efficient and polite, the job only took a few hours and they did a great job cleaning up any residual rubbish. The electrician explained how the system worked and then the Solargain team advised of a login for the App to monitor the system. We used Solargain as they are a local company and we can just drop in and have a chat if we have any future questions. Great service.

The whole process was explained so we could understand the process , options given as to price and size of system . An overall easy and satisfactory process. Our system has been operating now for three months .The solar output has been fantastic, selling on up to sometimes 40 kw on a good ,clear day,better than expected from a 6 kw 20 panel system. The service from Matt and Jeremy, the installation, price, advice, quality have all been 10/10. Go no where else if you want a great no hassle system. Mar 09,2021Friendly and helpful sales staff. Office staff were helpful and curteous. Installation team were professional and on point. Questions/concerns were all addressed timely and well. Am more than happy with the end result with the system delivering well above expectation. My only major gripe was booking the installation itself. I found this process incredibly frustrating; forced to reschedule on 3 occasions, further compounded by delays in communications given time differences between east/west coast. Bar the above, was a great experience. Thank you Solargain!

Mar 04,2021I had Solargain install a rooftop solar system in Oct '20 as a referral from Ikea. The Solargain consultant listened to my needs and designed a system that will pay for itself in just over 3 years. Their proposal was clear, and they were happy to make changes to suit my preferences, including location on my roof for aesthetic reasons. The installation was done by a subcontractor who arrived on time (after a few changes of appointment that actually were earlier than the original installation date) and apart from a bit of expected noise and a very short power outage, they stayed completely out of my way despite me working at home. There was a small an issue with the installation done by the contractor that caused the expected generation to be a bit lower than expected / estimated in the proposal. Solargain were very receptive to my query and sent one of their direct employees out to fix the problem. Although it's best when there are no problems, it's how an organisation responds to them that shows their value. I've since had some queries about the web interface and data, and they have answered in full without making me feel as if I'd asked stupid questions (which they probably were). Overall very happy so far.
