Ich habe den Artikel zurückgesendet und das Geld nicht mehr zurückerstattet bekommen. Richtig schlimmer Laden, ich würde hier nie mehr bestellen und kann jeden nur warnen.

Such amazing quality, soft material and great prices. I ordered the wrong size and the company were more than happy to help me figure out the right size and sent my order over to me with no extra costs. 100% recommend

I am so so glad I took the plunge on this hoody. After reading all the glowing reviews for bully breeds particularly I grabbed one for my frenchie, Ted. It helps so much to keep him calmer when we have guests. The sizing is perfect, i followed the measurement guide and it was spot on, better than the sizings human stores use. The fleece lining is fancier than half of my own clothes. So happy with it and will most likely get another one so we can alternate while washing.

I Purchased the Rock and Roll Hoodie and I just love it! It’s extremely well made and the material is so soft! I highly recommend their products, and their customer service is outstanding!

Bestellung nie erhalten. Laut der tracking Nummer war er erst in Polen und jetzt in der Slowakei. Das ist allerdings schon her. Auf meine Emails wird auch nicht reagiert.

despite a flurry of emails and a reply to my review last week, this company has failed to ship or deliver anything. Don't believe the total rating read the reviews. They are happy to take your money and deliver nothing.

I ordered something from SparkPaws at the end of November. Unfortunately, this package did not arrive properly. An incorrect postal code was to blame, so it was sent back. Then an incomplete package was supposed to be sent to me. They didn’t want to refund my money because they no longer had everything in stock, but instead I was supposed to receive a voucher, which I haven’t received to this day. Then this package also didn’t arrive. This means I have no money and no clothes... Supposedly it was sent with Hermes and left at my front door. However, this package cannot be found. I also don’t have a delivery agreement, and they refuse to give me my money back. No recommendation!!!

Scam! They will claim to ship, and even reship, but they do nothing but take your money.

The quality of the items from Spark Paws are off the hook! I absolutely love them. I've gotten 3 different outfits for my dog and a sweatshirt for myself! The human sweatshirt is so warm and cozy. I will definitely be purchasing again. The only downside is it took a few weeks to get to me. One the plus side of that, I was always updated on where my package was.

The quality of your product is fantastic. It’s both my dogs perfectly different sizes. Your customer service is excellent always making sure that I felt confident and that they were trying to take care of me. I’ve tried many different clothing for my dogs and nothing seem to work right I always had to re-adjust them or sew them To fit them. But your product fits perfect in every way thank you.

Responding now to Sparkpaws. Yes - it was the holiday which I can understand. But, I was not given a real tracking number when the item landed in the US. So a month after ordering I contacted by CC company to get a refund. I was then contacted by SP that my item was arriving and it did. I recontacted CC company to withdraw the refund. Now one item fit, the second did not. Returning/refunding also a nightmare. After explaining that the item did not fit and I am hesitant to get another size, SP customer service asks if I want the same item. I prompting return the unused item and it takes 10 days for it to process again on SP side. I ask repeatedly if I can just sub another item for the returned one in another size and no response. I am still awaiting my refund. JFCS - Just Fix Customer Service.

I cappotti non sono male. Ma uno dei due ordinati è arrivato difettoso (un bottone era rotto). Ho provveduto a contattare l'assistenza che mi ha risposto proponendo un voucher del 20% su altri ordini; senza darmi però la possibilità di ottenere un rimborso anche rendendo il prodotto. Ho risposto che la soluzione da loro fornita non mi andava bene e non ho più ricevuto nessuna risposta. Ordine nr. 10921293269

Wir haben für unseren OEB Rüden verschieden Jacken und Pullis bestellt. Er hat kaum Haare am Bauch und friert sehr schnell. Er ist schlank und muskulös und die Sachen in 3XL haben ihm super von der Passform her gepasst. Zwei Jacken haben allerdings schnell einige Druckknöpfe verloren. Ich habe Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice aufgenommen und wollte Ersatzknöpfe für die Jacken. Stattdessen haben sie mir zwei komplett neue Jacken geschickt. Was soll man sagen- mehr Kundenservice geht wohl nicht!

What hoodie I bought for my dog fit him well and the material was great. The onesies that I also got did not fit his body size and shape. Spark pause offered to resend A larger size but I haven't asked yet for I am afraid that I have to pay the shipping to return the one that did not fit all the way back to China. The second order that I made was lost after one whole month. I took their suggestion to reorder the items and after 2 weeks I got the tracking information that the items were delivered, when in reality they haven't arrived. They may be lost again.... Their phone number are not working and the email just continues to send me the tracking information that says that the items were delivered.....

If I could rate this transaction zero I would. I ordered a hoodie in December and by January it still wasnt here. Checked the email and the parcel was confirmed as lost by yodel so I emailed them and heard nothing. For a large company this just isn’t good enough and based on shoddy customer services I won’t be using them again.
