Oct 15,2013So, I needed to get two new frames re glazed. After being quoted an absurd price from "the high street" I turned to the web... I based my opinion on the high rating of spectacles direct. I phoned, got through right away, sent thru my queries and was quoted a REALLY good price! Was sent a straight forward pack.... *foc I might add....good set up there!!!* Got glasses back in less than a week. FANTASTIC service... Deal with nice genuine helpful people. Was kept up to date all the way. Well done guys... Excellent service at a great price!! Totally recommend!!!

Oct 11,2013I used this service to reglaze my existing frames. I was delighted by the fast service and excellent communication throughout. The prices are amazing too. A massive saving compared to the high street optician! I will definetly use this service again in the future.

Sep 13,2013phoned on a Saturday expecting no answer but got through to a very helpful chap called Wayne, he was able to answer all my questions and even put the last pair of fuel cells aside for me until i ordered them later that day. Received within a few days well packaged and in perfect condition, would definitely use Spectacles Direct again as there service was faultless :).

Aug 21,2013I requested the tint in my perscription sunglasses (Prada) be graded as they are un-perscript......They are identical and are totally perfect. was fed up of loosing the "look' of the design after having my perscription added. so for an extra cost I am more than happy with the end result! wonderful Thanks you and for all your corrispondance

Aug 08,2013I've used Spectacles Direct twice for both everyday prescription glasses and recently a pair of prescription sunglasses. The staff in showroom are extremely knowledgeable and go to great lengths to make sure you are 100% happy. I would never buy glasses from a high street opticians again.
