Aug 22,2012I had decided on frames that I could only find at spectacles direct but being so far away way worried that they may not fit but they sent the frames down on a guaranteed next day recorded delivery, I sent them back that day and they were back in my possesion with prescription lenses the day after. I have since bought a pair of non prescription sunglasses and received the same level of customer care. Absolutely outstanding service. Many Thanks Andrew Hallam

Aug 17,2012Have dealt with Spectacles Direct previously and found them to be excellent in every way.........however on my most recent purchase from them they have actually got even better.....good friendly personnel and unbelievably my spectacles arrived within 24 hrs of ordering. If you have not dealt with Spectacles Direct before you are missing out on excellent quality,price and delivery.

Aug 14,2012Would definitely recommend. They shipped me out a frame to "try before I buy" for the next working day. Posted the frames back with my prescription and they would process the order for me. Saved me lots of money and to be honest, it was easier than going into the shops to try on! Highly recommended

Aug 13,2012I telephoned, asked if you still had my prescription and you did. I ordered my spectacles there and then over the phone. I paid by card and received the spectacles next morning. The conversation with Spectacles Direct was polite and trouble free. The answer to every question was yes. What more can a man ask? Oh yes, the spectacles are good as well! Regards, Paul

Aug 11,2012I will definitely use spectaclesdirect again. I bought a pair of Ray Bans for my girlfriend at approximately 25 per cent less than the cheapest retail or website. To say I am delighted is an understatement. Of course, one would expect to put up with rubbish service so as to avail of such great prices but the opposite was my experience. The guy who took my order could not have been more helpful. So.. Great Prices and Great Service... Why would I want to shop elesewhere??? More to the point... Why would anyone!!!!

Jul 05,2012I ordered a pair of prescription Ray-Bans From Spectacles Direct. Before they had my order finalized they contacted me to make sure i had entered my prescription details correctly, and good thing too! (I had mixed the + and - symbols up). They arrived next day and with the proper prescription! Very happy with them and would definately recommend to my friends and family.

Jun 19,2012As you know at our age your eyesight goes and you are always looking for your glasses, I have solved this problem, I use Spectacles Direct and have done over the last few years, I can buy one pair of distance and one pair of reading for a total of £40, I have previously used the high street opticians but as you know their offers are not what they seem to be, You know 2 for 1 offers, but you can't have a reading pair and a distance pair you have to have 2 pairs of both. With Spectacles Direct I solved the problem and usually get them delivered to my door quicker than the high street.

Jun 18,2012Although a little wary of getting prescription sunglasses on line, I decided that due to the amazing price, I would go for it. Communication was excellent - needed to be sent away due to type of lens required, but kept informed all of the way. When arrived, could not have been happier. Excellent product, unbelievable value!
