He walked me through the process and sent an email summarizing our conversation immediately after. Not only was the product the cheapest I could find online, the service was wonderful.

Mar 03,2017I was able to locate the product but the big boys, Amazon.Prime and eBay would not ship to Hawaii. After a lengthy search, I found VMInnovations and spoke with a representative named Stevie. Stevie went above an beyond in assisting my and even found expedited direct shipping to Hawaii. I need to receive the merchandise as it will be sent along to Tahiti on March 11. I am overjoyed by two year old grandson will receive his own blower that looks exactly like Grandpa's for his birthday on March 12. Feb 16,2017I purchased 4 containers and they arrived very quickly. I was pleased with them and used three of them right away. When I went to use the last one I noticed the corner was broken. There had been pieces of plastic in the box when they arrived but I didn't think anything of it. As soon as I noticed the problem on a Sunday evening I sent an email to customer service. Shortly after I received a reply and the issue was resolved very quickly. think you My new repacement box arrived today, three days after my initial email! Customer service as it should be EXCELLENT!!!

Jan 05,2017I have made 10 purchases from VM since late November. 6 of these were chain saws. I had one problem and it was resolved within 3 minutes. I find VM to offer better prices and very definitely better customer service than any of their competitors. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to have total confidence in both the price they pay and in the customer experience they will receive. The website is easy to navigate and if you require more detail, or just have questions, they always answer the phone QUICKLY!

Dec 20,2016My 8 year old sons Christmas present of a Razor electric scooter was never delivered as they state they did. Now they tell me they wont refund my money or redeliver the package! They tell me to do a charge back on my credit card. The are a fraud. They dont send out what you paid for and then they want you to do all the work to get your money back. Very unprofessional attitudes and the Executives of this company can never be reached! reporting to the news stations!

Dec 11,2016I searched for online reviews for VMINnovations, and was not happy to see all of the negative reviews. Lots of negativity about their customer service and people not getting what they ordered or anything at all. The pricing they gave me on my two speakers (Polk Audio TSXi 550s) was $160 better than anywhere else I could find and so I decided to take the chance using my Amex card...knowing that Amex would back me up if Iran into any issues. The speakers arrived in perfect condition a day earlier than expected. My credit card was charged the amount of the order and nothing more. I am extremely happy with my order from VMInnovations. I did not have any need to call customer service or challenge anything...because the order was pretty much perfect in my eyes.

Dec 09,2016I had an issue with shipping and Walmart.com was unable to track package, so I contacted VMInnovations directly. They were awesome with great customer service. I got immediate response to my email with helpful info, emailed a question back, and got another immediate response with my answer. Had my problem solved (which was error on my end) within hour due to prompt and informative assistance. Better cust serv than all other companies I have dealt with. Item is a Xmas gift so I have no comment on that yet.

Dec 01,2016I read all these bad reviews and wrote a letter to vminnovations concerning them because my order weighed 51 pounds but the tracking package said it weighed 8 pounds. There were two items in the order and the shipped in different packages and that's why. They delivered in full in between the expected dates and there were absolutely no problems. Maybe the other reviews were earlier before me but with my experience I found that there was nothing wrong. I also called them and the customer service rep was polite despite my disrespectful rant on their service and it's much appreciated. Will definintly take my business there in the future.

The quality of the pieces were exactly what I expected although two plates (out of 8), were imperfect. Although the items were appropriately packed, "things happen." I notified VMInnovations immediately and they quickly, with pleasant proficiency, made me happy. Thanksgiving was a success. Nice products. Good prices. Fast and safe transactions.
