Nov 07,2016I ordered a hot tub from this company through eBay. Unfortunately when I processed the sale, I made the mistake of not checking my payment information with eBay. It was processed through PayPal and my bank account was promptly debited. (within 2 minutes) I wrote the seller immediately and told them I wanted to use another form of payment. I was informed that the order was already processed. I explained, I wanted the hot tub, just change the form of payment. They flatly told me its an eBay or PayPal problem. After wasting hours on the phone with both eBay and PayPal, of course the seller is the one who needs to issue a credit to my bank account and charge the credit card that I wanted to use in the first place. They are unable to do so! It's a total case of NO customer service at all, stupidity, and ignorance. I will not use eBay again, nor PayPal and will not recommend VM Innovations no matter how much cheaper they are.

Oct 24,2016Ordered 2 fog machines as advertised, they delivered 1 machine only. Sent pictures showing their box clearly too small for a second machine and packing material and they refuse to send a second, offer partial refund or make any attempt to resolve. Customer service said take it up with the bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I've never written a review like this before, but after reading about so many other similar experiences from other customers, I had to leave my warning as well. I ordered a mother's day gift from VMInnovations. My mom was thrilled with the raft, but it wouldn't hold air. So we contacted the company, and they said that since it was no longer in stock, they would issue us a refund. We went through their very specific steps of cutting the tube up, paying to ship it to them, etc. Once they had all of our evidence, they refused to refund us the money. No matter how much we disputed this, and provided the documentation where they promised a refund, VMInnovations refuses to honor that agreement. We are now out all of that money, time and effort- and my mom still doesn't have a mother's day gift. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They sent us damaged goods and essentially stole our money. Please go elsewhere. The risk is not worth it with VMInnovations.

Oct 13,2016I ordered some Sennheiser headphones and they sent me what they called (open box), to soon find out that meant open and used for a year. You could tell they had been worn for long periods of time from the wear on the ear pads. I tried to return them but they wanted to charge me $17 or get store credit to rip me off again with another falsely advertised product. So far the worst online ordering experience I have ever had, and it unfortunate for small companies everywhere that companies as this exist because I will not be ordering from other small unknown companies anymore. What an unfortunate thing for a company like this to exist.

Oct 07,2016I purchased a camping tent via Walmart.com, which was actually selling it via their Marketplace from the actual vendor VMInnovations. I did not like the product, took it to Walmart store, but got sent back because it was a 3rd-party online purchase - and was told to deal with VMInnovations directly. I email them for return, and they gave me a complex set of instructions/rules/options, where I would need to calculate which of the option gives me back the most of my money (all their options make sure that they pocket a decent cut in their pocket). I would advice everyone to dont even bother shopping with them. Not worth the time and money.

Sep 30,2016This company sold us a damaged baby gate. I tried 4 different times to get ahold of customer service to return it and get a new one or get our money back since I paid over $90 for it. I was put through the ringer!! I've never gave someone a terrible review but they deserve it. Don't trust this company. I still paid full price for this gate that is pretty badly damaged and they did nothing for us.

Sep 22,2016I purchased an AC unit from these people and they sent me a unit that had a hole through the box, into the evaporator. Needless to say there was no Freon in the unit. This was very noticeable as the outside of the box was damaged. I started a return, but they kept saying they sent an RMA and even ebay said they sent it, and the package was on its way back to them. Well, the package is still in my living room, never received an RMA let alone sent it back. Its been nearly two months in Florida (the hottest months) without an AC unit. I am still trying to no avail to get my money back. Just dont do business with these people. Something is wrong with their customer service.

Sep 08,2016First and last time EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Brought a pool ladder from them through Walmart.com. Never opened or used the item tried to return it and it's becoming a hassle. I paid $40.99 for the ladder to return it to them, I would have to pay my own shipping fee (the lowest price was UPS at $27.93) and they will still deduct $7 from my refund OR have them to send a shipping label to me for $24 deducted from my refund. For an unopened item, I can not even get my FULL REFUND back!! Their whole process is a joke and the absolute worst!!! Beware ordering from them!!! I would not advise

Aug 12,2016Bought a pool pump sold by VM Innovations that generated "Low Flow" errors on my salt water system after only 2 days of use. VM Innovations refused a return or even an exchange, even though they boast the "highest level of customer service" and state 60-day returns on their listing. Instead, they told me to contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim, instead of swapping out a defective product for a good product after only 2 days, like any reputable retailer would do. My pool has been out of commission for 2 weeks now, and more as I wait for the replacement part from the manufacturer. VMInnovations literally ruined my Summer. Very disappointed with my experience with them with their horrible customer service.

Aug 03,2016Customer service was a disaster. I noticed that the dimensions in the listing on their website were wrong before the package even arrived, so I refused delivery. First, they tried to deduct a $12 shipping fee from my refund even though the actual charge from OnTrac was only $1.50. Then, they refused to even admit that their listing was wrong. I sent them pictures, screen caps, several forms of proof, and they still denied responsibility and insisted on deducting the $12. They only finally backed down after I sent them a chat transcript with a representative from the manufacturer and a product brochure saying that they were wrong. I did eventually get a full refund, but only after a week-long battle with customer service via email.

Aug 01,2016I just ordered a refurbished Tascam DP-32SD multitrack audio recorder from this company. Since I had never heard of them, I called them to make sure they seemed legit. The customer service representative was actually in the United States, and was very helpful to answer any questions I had about buying refurbished items through them. He also gave me a coupon code for an additional 5% off: Thank you! It came with a full 1 year manufacturer warranty, and VMInnovations' return policy is 60 days, so I went ahead and ordered. There was a bit of a hiccup because I wanted it shipped to an address other than my billing address, so they e-mailed me to confirm that it was correct. I had to respond with a scanned copy of a utility bill to confirm my billing address, but that wasn't a problem for me. I would rather companies check this sort of thing to avoid fraud. The unit shipped via FedEx and I received it a couple of days later. No problems with shipping whatsoever. As for my reservations toward purchasing this recorder as "refurbished," it arrived in (as far as I could tell, and I am VERY picky) brand new condition. It also had no manufacturer markings indicating that it had been refurbished (sticker, etc.). After putting it through pretty thorough testing, I am pretty confident that VMInnovations saved me around $200. It won't surprise me if this place ends up growing to be similar to an Overstock.com. I had a great experience, and recommend them. I don't usually write reviews, but thought mine might help out a potential buyer wanting to save a couple of bucks!

Jul 29,2016Well I've ordered Dora the Explorer Life Jacket for my daughter and placed order Friday afternoon, hoping to get it by Monday or Tuesday. I was surprised to find it in my mailbox Next Day and when I reviewed the shipping label I found out that it was shipped with USPS. It is unknown how did they pushed USPS to do it, but they did it. Not to mention that price was 20% less then in store. No tax. Free Shipping. Would shop here again!

Jul 26,2016.......and can't follow specific directions. Seems like there is no customer care at all. Very poor service and they don't care whether you are dissatisfied or not. Walmart will continue to use them, and Walmart will soon go out of business. I hope VMInnocations goes right down the tube with them

Jul 20,2016I am really surprised that Walmart uses this company as a vendor since they have a horrible return policy. I ordered a pool filter cartridge that needed to be returned and it ended up costing me $22 to return a $79 item, certainly not Zappos style customer service or return policy. Walmart usually works with vendors that have great return policies so I didn't check to see what the story was with WMInnovations. LESSON LEARNED! Check Walmart vendors more carefully and don't order from WMInnovations.

Jul 10,2016I purchased pool rails and when the mechanic came to install the product he recommended against using the rails as they were not strong enough to support weight of swimmer. One cannot judge the product from the picture shown. I contacted VMI for return instructions and it will cost me serious dollars. I recommend not using them any more.

May 28,2016I am totally satisfied with my purchase from VMInnovations! I am new to shopping from them. Doing a price research online for the particular infant carseat I was looking for was not easy. I came across this company selling the product at far less than other retailers. I was skeptical as I've never heard of them before here in NJ and happily called their customer service number. The gentleman I spoke with understood my concern and pleasantly gave info about the company. He even offered me a decent promo code towards my purchase. Made the purchase online right away and was blown away by how fast the item was shipped. It was shipped that same day and I got it less than 2 days. I was totally surprised when I received the tracking info. They mean business!! I will definitely recommend them and shop again soon.

Nov 17,2016Dear Goerge, ebay " only " handled Pay Pal once upon a time not too long ago. In order to pay with Pay Pal you have to link your bank to it also if you read your payment info at time of purchase you would have seen that. No Ones fault but yours dude. I had great customer service and needed a chainsaw quickly for a job This company had it to me fast and they were so nice on the phone and the price was right.
