Oct 22,2024Lift delivered in good time. Fitters David and Martin were very pleasant and efficient. They laid carpet protectors down and made no mess at all. They showed me how to use the lift and how it could be left at 3 different charging points.

Oct 21,2024From the salesman to the fitter the experience was very good. Gilbert was very helpful in helping us choose the right chair and fittings. The fitter Andy was very efficient and tidy, and explained in detail how the chair works. I would recommend stannah to my family and friends.

Oct 21,2024The installation was quick and the chair lift is designed very well for safety and is easy to use. It is also easy to bypass when it is not in use. Electricity is on a charger; so it can be used even when there is a power cut.

Oct 21,2024Don't ever buy a new or refurbished Stannah stair lift from a third party supplier, even if they were a Stannah "authorised" dealer. Our unit works great and because my supplier went out of business last year, I approached Stannah to service my wife's stair lift. They gave me a price but then refused to attend because they didn't supply the unit. Funny how I took my second hand car to Vauxhall even though it was not supplied by them. It looks like Stannah sharp practice to me, there was no reason given for non attendance other than "we don't look at units others have supplied". I have 2 emails to prove it.

Oct 21,2024I cannot fault the Stannah lift and service. Prompt responses to all enquiries. Really careful and considerate service. I don't know how my mother would have managed without it and it is reassuring to know I can trust it completely.

Oct 21,2024A brilliant service , the rep who came out was fab ,there was no pushy sales pitch , she was informative and very helpful, the chap that fitted the actual lift was polite a tidy worker and very helpful in helping with the operation of the lift

Oct 21,2024It’s runs smoothly but there is a slight bounce midway both up and down. Other than that so far so good. I’ve only been using it since Thursday 17/10 afternoon on my return from hospital.

Oct 20,2024The chair is great and easy to work for my wife and installers were efficient and informative The reason not 5 stars is they took bannister rail off which was fine as was needed to instal chair They filled screw holes with a mix that they made up in wash hand basin which they left in a mess which I had to clean up afterwards a bit more attention and would have been 5 Stars WOULD STILL RECOMMEND STANNAH

Oct 20,2024As ever, very friendly and helpful response to a stairlift problem. Very personable engineer attended within 3 hours, replaced a failed circuit board and serviced the stairlift. The full cover policy is not cheap, but excellent service is well worth the cost.

Oct 20,2024Had an annual service of my stairlift, very polite engineer, didnt take long for him to finish the job (not really much to check on it to be honest), had a call from Stannah to book a date and time and the engineer arrived at said time, Good service from Stannah.

Oct 19,2024Stannah provided a superb service to my Mum when visiting to discuss the installation of a stair lift and then during the installation. The initial visit was conducted in a sensitive and kind manner with the representative making very clear that he was not on a commission and that therefore there was no ‘sales pitch’ - he simply wanted to help Mum to understand her options. The installation was then conducted calmly yet quickly creating minimum disruption to Mum’s day with her home left in a clean and tidy state after the work was completed.
