Oct 31,2024Great service from first call to finished installation. Quick friendly neat and tidy. A fantastic poduct at a competitive price. My mum now feels safe on her stairs and can carry in living in her house. Meaning i can worry less. Many thanks.

Oct 31,2024I live in Seaward Court in Bognor Regis and I am appalled by the hours put into the job of replacing our communal lift. The two engineers show up between 10 and 10:30 am every morning. The first thing they do is take a break to make coffee and eat their breakfast, which they bring with them. Work begins around 11:00 am, and they both take a lunch break of 45-60 mins. By 3:00 pm, they are on the road home. When did 3-4 hours a day become acceptable for a day's work? The residents here are elderly, and they have been imprisoned in their homes for weeks. It's upsetting to see those on end-of-life care having to use the stairs for over a month. It could have been done in half that time. The quality of their work may be fine, but I CANNOT accept that 3-4 hours a day for over four weeks can be justified.

Oct 30,2024Agreed with price over the phone, they said call recorded, followed with email confirmation and after paying deposit they are insisting more money. Be careful to deal with customer service team, any moment they can change their mind and revert with demanding more money. Knowing We had cancel other stairlift arrangement now they put us in difficult position they know its urgent, taking advantage of elderly people.

Oct 30,2024The final result is perfect and I’m no longer a prisoner on 1 level throughout the day. There were initial problems getting measurements and end result requirements which is the only reason I’m giving 4 and not 5 stars! On the 2nd attempt the fitter knew exactly what I wanted and what would look aesthetically pleasing in my home. Which on the third visit meant I have a stairlift which allows me the independence I need. It is safe and looks as if it’s always been there. I’m very happy

Oct 30,2024My mother purchased a Stannah stairlift to help her manage going up and down the stairs safely. It worked well for the first year, and she pays for a service plan to cover any issues that come up. However, this past year alone, the stairlift has broken down about five times, leaving her frequently stuck. Despite the ongoing problems, Stannah has now informed her that she’ll have to pay for the callouts herself. She’s so worried about getting trapped on the stairlift that she only goes upstairs when absolutely necessary, usually just to go to bed. I’m really disappointed in the poor customer service provided to a 90-year-old, especially given her reliance on this stairlift for her safety.

The two workers arrived in good time and completed their work in a surprising time. Not rushed at all. Preparation planning tip top. Fitted on 22 October 2024

Oct 29,2024It’s a great quality product and it works really well. However, I do feel that the stair rail should have been taken into account. There was not enough room for mum to sit comfortably without squishing her knees up. This has now been addressed.

Oct 28,2024Stannah may be the ‘go to’ name for stair lifts, but it’s easy to see why. From the 1st call to the installation, the company were professional, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and understanding. We needed a chair urgently for a sick relative with a tricky (4 x 90degree turns plus a narrow stair width) and I can’t fault the attention to customer service or the quality of the installed chair lift. The sales team were not pushy, the before and after sale customer service team were brilliant, and the handover to a family member for the installed service was great. 5🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 from and the whole family! Thank you
